The change - resulting from Ryanair rescheduling my flight, was made without any hassle and without the need to cancel my existing booking, obtain a refund and start again from scratch.

I have used FHR airport parking for 3 years in a row, with having Autism i struggle with many different thing ! The booking process is very easy, the prices are good also! The staff at FHR parking have always been very polite, helpful and always willing to answer any questions, and go above and beyind, customer service are also very quick at responding. Theyve made me feel at ease when leaving my car with them, and always have it ready on return. I would highly reccommed them, theyre fantastic team. Would give a 10* if i could!

Excellent - efficient, polite and great service. Used at Bristol airport for meet and greet - not just good value but extremely efficient and much better than Silver Parking and certainly won’t pay the extortionate prices at the airport. Will use again and recommend to anyone.

Based on my experience of BookFHR at Luton Airport, "meet and greet" is a complete misnomer!

We travelled out on the 29th May and followed their instructions to the letter regarding notifications 40 minutes prior to arrival at the airport. The driver was on time for the pick-up, so no problem there. However, the young man who collected our car didn't make it plain who he was, nor who he was working for. I had to insist on proof and he subsequently showed me a copy of the email sent to me. Normally with meet and greet, the agent collecting the vehicle makes it obvious who they are and who they represent. As we walked off to departure building I turned round and saw another young man jump in my car before they drove away. The handover made me feel nervous but I decided to shelve my reservations and enjoy my holiday.

On our return, we again followed their instructions and phoned the number given to us once through passport control and luggage collection. To our dismay, we couldn't get through and it was about 15 minutes before we finally spoke to one of their operatives. The person that answered the mobile number given to us had very poor English but we managed to ascertain that we would have to wait 1/2 hour before we could be attended to. Disappointing to say the least! What followed was quite frankly a fiasco. About 45 minutes later a guy showed up TO COLLECT OUR CAR! Naturally, we politely pointed out that he was supposed to be delivering, not taking. He was apologetic and the messaged the firm about their mistake. To cut a long story short, eventually a minibus turned up to collect us and drive us, and another person who was presumably in the same boat, to the storage facility some distance away, close to Luton Railway station.

We got our car nearly three hours after we landed, although, to be perfectly honest, I was just glad to see my car in one piece! We later established that they couldn't find our keys at first, but they had found them by the time we got to the storage facility.

The organisation of the Luton branch of this company is diabolical!

This is borne out by other reviews around the same time as our holiday (29 May - 5 June).

Based on my experience, I would have to recommend AVOIDING BookFHR.

Misleading e mail instructions as they use the title 'meet and greet' for parking at Stanstead. This service is not the official 'meet and greet'. They didn't answer the phone when I was 10 minutes away and then had the nerve to tell me off for not calling them in advance. The collection driver was patronising and didn't want to smile or make you feel like a valued customer. To top it all, on collection, the driver footwell and surrounding area was full of dried mud. The car had clearly been stored in a field.
