No good for my airport.

Needed to change the registration of my car - sorted in 2 minutes by Chloe M via their chat function. Often when you get a cheap deal, customer service is an afterthought but not with this company - highly recommended

I booked and paid for “Meet & Greet” service at Luton Airport for Saturday 2nd May at 1:45pm, and as instructed, we called approximately 40 minutes before arrival, only to be informed that the Meet & Greet service we had already paid for was unavailable because they had “no drivers.” This is completely unacceptable and not the service that was advertised or purchased.

We were then instructed to drive into Luton town centre and leave the vehicle in a compound near the railway station instead. Unfortunately, Luton FC were playing at home that day, causing severe congestion throughout the area. As a direct result of the failure to provide the booked service, we arrived at the compound approximately 35 minutes later than we would’ve arrived at the meet and greet point, and then had to wait again for a taxi to be arranged to take us to the airport.
We did not arrive at the airport drop-off point until 2:35pm — almost one full hour later than our booked Meet & Greet time. This caused significant and unnecessary stress while trying to get through check-in and security in time for our flight.

At the time, we were assured that a refund would be issued due to the inconvenience and failure to provide the service paid for. However, it is now 15th May and no refund has been received, nor have we received any meaningful update despite sending an email regarding this to customer complaints. This is extremely disappointing, especially as I have used FHR before and previously received a far better standard of service.

Whilst FHR booking was smooth, Allegiance who they contracted to are dreadful. There is no signage for Allegiance anywhere, in the back of a business building. Had to wait 45 minutes to be dropped to Hatton Cross, asked numerous times why it was taking so long when the vehicle was sat in front of us! On return there was a tube strike, there was no notification about it. No email or update from them. Rang and asked if they were picking us up, nope we had to get a public bus and pay for it with our luggage to Hatton Cross. Driver picked us up, didn't speak, no acknowledgement of us nothing. Back street car park, rude staff, unhelpful, will never use Allegiance again!

I used the online chat to amend my existing booking. So easy and simple. I spoke with Ceri who was polite and very swift at sorting my amendment.

I have been booking Airport car parking now with FHR for many years, have always found them to be the most competitively priced, the arrangements have always been clear and we have never had any problems. For the past two years we have been using the Jet parks 3 car park at Manchester Airport booked through FHR and have on the whole been very happy with the experience. The only criticism I have of the Jet parks 3 car park is that finding a parking space can be challenging but the shuttle bus service to and from the Airport terminals is excellent.

After booking for an airport parking, my flight was changed so they were very helpful when I needed to change my bookings and reimbursed me the difference with no issues. I would definately use them again

It would be nice if there was an easier way to change the details of the car you have booked in but having said that the emails were very responsive and prompt to get the query solved

I have used FHR many times. The ease of booking has been good and their pricing is also reasonable. On many occasions where I have had to amend my booking, the FHR team have been very responsive and efficient. Can highly recommend.

Kirstie at the customer service/reservations department, responded to my email on the next working day, and changed my vehicle details without any hassle, or cost. It has allowed me to look forward to my holiday, once again, without worrying whether mymy vehicle's engine issues would be sorted in time to drive to the airport. I needed to make a change to my booking due to a change of flight times.
This was completed swiftly and without fuss.

Very straightforward, although I made a mistake in my registration. I emailed to let company know and this was immediately corrected, and emailed a fresh confirmation. Great service.
