1 week after placing my order, it had not arrived. The couriers could not provide any clarification around when I could expect delivery and my initial email to Bookitlist chasing also went without response.

However, Rob got in touch to apologise and after a regular exchange of emails, personally offered to deliver a replacement.

From initial issues and concerns, Rob really turned my opinion around with his commitment to customer service and excellent communication.

I would highly recommend bookitlist to family and friends.

Having just completed the National 3 peaks I cannot rate the team who ran this highly enough. From recommending training in preparation to their professionalism and encouragement during the challenge . An unforgettable experience, thank you very much. 😀

We undertook the National Three Peaks Challenge in September 2021 and had a fantastic experience. Rob, Chris and Tim were all extremely well organised and supportive, making sure any questions were answered leading up to the trip and keeping us well looked after during, including help with carrying bags when climbing got tough (thank you)! The guides also acted very safely and responsibly when one of our group was feeling unwell on the mountain, as well as making sure we were all eating and drinking enough. This trip was cheaper than alternative companies and included everything we needed (meals, snacks, transportation, accommodation and prep guide). Thank you team!! 🤩

I booked with Bookitlist after being impressed by their competitive price and the fact food is included which was very convenient.
Booking was simple and the communication from Rob was good and informative.
As for the challenge, Rob was a very knowledgeable and supportive guide due to his PTI background. He gave clear instructions about the pacing required to achieve the challenge in 24 hours and went out of his way to ensure the welfare of all participants throughout the challenge.
The best thing about the trip was the personal touch. The group was relatively small compared to some of the larger tour operators and this meant Rob and all participants socialised with each other and supported one another.
Overall a fantastic experience and I will certainly be looking into booking other experiences with Bookitlist in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the National 3 Peaks challenge in 24 hours. I had regular communication from Rob and the team prior to the event checking in on my progress, which really spurred me on as well as a helpful fitness plan I had to follow. For the challenge itself Rob and Tim really helped put the group at ease, and was very encouraging. Such a credit to business. Just come back from completing the 24 hour National 3 Peak Challenge with Bookitlist. 25-27th June 2021. From start to finish the group I was in was well looked after. From pick up to drop off the team were well organised & made the experience/challenge as enjoyable & relaxing as possible. An unforgettable experience & will definitely be looking out for what other trips they have to offer.

I purchased the brown leather hold-all bag with fabric straps from Bookitlist and I am very happy with the product.

The bag is very aesthetic and large enough to hold the contents of a small standard luggage case but can be carried over the shoulder. The quality of materials is very high grade, with good functionality of inside and side pockets for quick access.

I use the bag as my general travel bag for work travel around the UK and had a few comments from hotel staff at what a nice bag it is.

Great customer service. After initially being attracted by a good price on a rucksack, there was a slight inconvenience in that two payments were made. However, the team were easy to contact, very approachable and resolved the problem very quickly. Recommended
