Upon check in to my hotel I experienced some issues with my booking & Johanna was so quick to respond & help. I will be forever thankful for that day!

Great service from Jo, she answers messages really quickly, providing a very fast and professional service. I haven't booked with Jo yet, as we are planning a big family holiday next year, and trying to find the perfect destination for a large family, but Jo is always happy to answer questions and provide different quotes, so when we agree on something, we will definitely book with Jo.

I have booked two holidays with Jd Travel and have been happy with the service on both occasions, she has added discounts to both to get me a good price and was very patient with changing things and confirming things with my husband before booking. She has booked holidays for me before starting the business and always researched and put together itineraries for complex holidays to make it easier for me to manage. I haven’t had any problems with holidays she’s sorted for me previously and have faith that all bookings in future will also run smoothly.

I have recently been on a holiday to Poland booked by Johanna (jd travel) she added activities on for the whole weekend and we had a brilliant time, everything run smoothly. The hotel she chose for us was brilliant and I would definitely go back.
