Customer service in the middle of the night to help me out of a jam deserves the best review and highest recognition possible! Going above and beyond, especially when most people are sound asleep, is the true definition of exceptional customer service. That kind of dedication is rare, deeply appreciated, and deserves to be recognized!

Live help when working creating my site. It was late in the evening and I got stuck a few times. But the help person (Ash) "took a look" several times and gave me direction- simple and easy with no wait time.

This may be the best service team I have experienced, with quick responses, simple answers, and suggestions for things I hadn't considered in my publishing endeavors.

I published my first book on Book.by (Now Book Space) in April of 2026. Their Help system has been my guide through the many technical formatting questions that come up in the publishing process. The Books.By chat is easy to use and, while sometimes you know you are getting a response from the already written FAQs, just as often I got a quick responses from Ash, the owner, who would address my question with the exact specifications I needed. I am grateful for the guidance!

The book was even better than I had imagined! The colors were nice and bright which really matters with children's books. The pages were very durable. The print was beautiful with no smudges. These are not my first books. I have over 35 of my books on your platform. I have used LuLu for decades and the switch to you was seamless. I love every book I have printed with you, especially my flip book, Rubies in the Wilderness/Splintered. I will give you the decades now.

I am new to the platform and needed help. It was offered unstintingly, making my experience very simple. I had made an error and was shown how to fix it. Also, I had something new I wanted to try, and was both helped, and encouraged. I really like the platform and the customer service. I've already talked to two new authors who are afraid to publish, telling them to try it.

I was trying to compare printing costs and royalties between KDP and BookSpace and couldn't find a royalty calendar in my dashboard. I sent a message through the chat featureand somene answered within a couple of minutes with the various trim size options, pricing, etc. AND using the book specs I'd listed, gave me the exact pricing information I was looking for for the book I was working on. I'm pretty sure it was a live person based on the answer and. Regardless, the customer service was great, the response time was fast, and my question was answered completely. I have only had positive experiences with the company so far.
