Prints satisfactory, especially color photos came out sharp.

I emailed BookSpace with an issue from an order and they responded within 5 minutes! I was shocked at how quickly I heard from them. They were able to locate my order and answer my question. The correspondence was very kind and prompt! Very impressive!

Overall the experience has been pretty good. The prints have gotten to the people and they have enjoyed them. The challenge has been getting royalties through the process. Not the end of the world but easy to track. The Support team has been responsive.

The books turned out great, but I regret a couple of my choices.
When I order more, I'll do them in gloss and I've moved the title to the left a bit.
