Per un disguido con il corriere la merce risultava consegnata sul sistema ma effettivamente non è mai stata consegnata presso il mio domicilio. Dopo qualche tentativo sono stato contattato da Jennifer del customer care la quale mi ha chiesto se volevo un rimborso o nuovamente la merce. Ho optato per la seconda soluzione che è arrivata dopo qualche giorno senza intoppi.

Ich hatte schon eine Leggings letztes Jahr bestellt und hatte mir nun nochmal 2 Stück bestellt, leider in der falschen Größe. Die Umtauschware kam dann erst auf Nachfragen beim Kundenservice aber der ist super nett und hat das Paket gleich in die Wege geleitet. Werde aufjedenfall wieder bestellen!!

Erst einmal versucht der Kundenservice schnell zu helfen. Das ist prinzipiell positiv zu bewerten. Allerdings habe ich jetzt einen Umtausch, wo einfach nicht mehr geantwortet wird, weil das Lager einen Fehler gemacht hat. Ich hatte bei einer 2 für 1 Aktion bestellt, eine Leggins passte aber nicht richtig. Umtausch per Mail angefragt, klar garkein Problem. Alles auf dem Rücksendeschein vermerkt und auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt. Das Lager hat allerdings eine Erstattung durchgeführt (0€ aufgrund des 2:1) und jetzt habe ich also weder das Geld um nochmal zu bestellen noch die Leggins, im Gegenteil ich hatte sogar noch Kosten für die Rücksendung.
Sehr schade, wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich die Leggins lieber behalten.

Update 18.01: nach ein paar Mails mit dem Kundenservice konnte mein Problem gelöst werden. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle; so bleibe ich euch als Kundin treu :)

Had a great experience. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings over the Christmas season. Package came as expected. Leggings fit great and look even better. We will be return shoppers.

I ordered the pink Mulan Anti-Cellulite Leggings because I loved how these looked on the website, along with the other products. However, what I received instead was this strange purple-ish version of what I ordered. I immediately reached out to their support who replied the following:

"Thank you for your order from us! We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you are already planning a return, we would like to make you an exclusive offer: If you decide to keep the returned items, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price - very conveniently and without having to go to the parcel shop!

Not only can you save time and effort, but you can also do something good for the environment as less shipping routes and packaging material are used."

This reply is from Jennifer Hill. I don't want to pay 50% for this wrong product, I simply want the correct pink version as depicted on the website. My money was eventually refunded, thank you for your customer service.

Vor knapp 3 Jahren bestellte ich die erste Leggings für meine Frau in der Hoffnung, dass sie ihr gefallen und sie diese tragen wird. Was soll ich sagen, es hat genau ihren Geschmack getroffen und sie findet die Hosen wirklich bequem. Seitdem haben wir einige weitere Leggings (>10 Stück) verschiedener Modelle, kurz und lang bestellt und meine Frau ist total happy mit der Qualität und dem Komfort. Der Kundenservice ist auch sehr nett und auf zack. Zusammenfassend: Klare Empfehlung.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered 4 pair for my wife. She loved and them and the way they fit. One pairgot a whole in them after the first wash. I wrote to customer service and they overed to refund 50% and keep the pair or replace or get a full refund. We decided to replace because they look great on her. The new ones should be on the way soon. Thanks

Received the pants with two holes in them.. but overall satisfied with them!! They make my bum look amazing. Contacted customer support, they’re going to send out another pair for me free of charge!!

Ich habe mir bei der 2 kaufen und 1 bezahlen Aktion 2 Leggings in der Größe L bestellt. Leider hatte mir eine davon gepasst und die andere war viel zu groß. Natürlich wollte ich die nicht passende dann gerne in Größe M getauscht haben, aber die Nachricht auf dem Retourenzettel, dass man den Rückversand selbst zahlen muss gefiel mir hier natürlich gar nicht da ich ja nichts davor kann, wenn Hosen in der gleichen Größe unterschiedlich ausfallen. Ich schrieb dann den Kundendienst an und nachdem ich Bilder davon gemacht hatte, wurde mir direkt eine Rückerstattung oder Umtausch angeboten. Ich habe mich für den Umtausch entschieden, weil ich die Hosen total toll und extrem bequem finde. Die alte Hose darf ich nun behalten und die neue ist auf dem Weg zu mir. :)

Great customer service but they are not for a thicker women,my wife said she feels absolutely ridiculous in them,and says the ride up way to high.Hopefully I will get my partial refund for not returning them,knowing she will never use them is kinda sad!

Bewerten mit 1 Kaufen und 1 Gratis bekommen. Geht man auf die Seite kann man "1 Paar" kaufen, was ja "2" bedeutet. Allerdings erhält man nur 1 Leggings. Auf Nachfrage beim Support bekommt man dann nur gesagt dass man Pech gehabt hat und 2 hätte kaufen müssen, das funktioniert aber auch nicht da man dann 2 im Warenkorb zahlen muss
