Honestly these guys deserve 10 stars if I could, constant communication and I think that’s necessary when handing over a considerable amount of money. These guys knocked it out of the park!. Do yourself a favour and find out for yourself!

Been over a month, still no shipping/tracking. Customer service not responding a week later. Lame.

Edit from 1 to 4 stars. Takes longer than expected, but received tracking now and customer service was cool.

Fair price, good quality, but took a bit longer to arrive

Bought an IC7 dash mount, arrived broken and later found out that it was for a UC-10. Not only arrived damaged, also the wrong part.

Customer service is terrible took over a week with emails back and fourth to finally arrange a refund then got ignored so had to contact PayPal and raise a claim.

I ended up finding a file online and 3D printed it which was way better quality and 1/4 of the price.

I bought and paid for a set of lights for my 1991 MX5, as a lump sum. I decided to change my mind 5 days later and requested to cancel my order, as I saw a different set of lights elsewhere that I liked more.

4 days after I requested to cancel my order, I got an email to say that the items were starting production. The refund was then processed, but 20% of the original purchase price was held behind for a "restocking fee", as the parts were in production. Even though I had requested the refund 4 days prior to the parts being put into production.

This is very clearly a scam. 90% sure this is also illegal in the UK.

Terrible customer service they charged my card twice when an order went through twice and I emailed them a wack load of times telling them to cancel. But no one ever got back to me. Tried going through PayPal to get money back but they wouldn’t help. Not very happy with this experience I’ll never be buying from them again as I said customer service is very poor. It has been two months of dealing with it and ya what a waste of time. Now I’m down 200$ and they are down a customer.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service from branden was top-notch and helped me every step of the way with install, and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend boosted int. to anyone looking for badass products, and fast shipping.

Seriously super nice products and super professional install experience. I was hesitant to go ahead with the drl mod for the Evo wanting to stay true to the Jdm styling but man the drl came out so good like it was meant to be from factory. I had the install done by the team in a day. No issues whatsoever. I'm a happy little Vegemite! Thanks again.

Just got my hands on the new headlight duct and wow, what a difference they make! 🤩 My boosted setup is finally breathing easier and looks super sleek too. Installation was a breeze, took me no time at all to get it fitted perfectly. These guys went above and beyond when I accidentally ordered the wrong mount for my bundle. Didn’t have to replace that for me but I appreciate it lads. Already in the drift car and looks a million bucks with the uC10 👍

These guys have the worst communication skills possible for a business. I placed a $5k order, had very little update or communication, I asked to cancel my order as they and the website said these were in stock which I later found out they weren’t, when I asked to cancel my order they wanted to do a re stocking fee - what’s their to restock when you didn’t even have anything? Finally 6 weeks later I get my order but it’s missing 2 items and 1 item was damaged. My order was for 2 x haltech uc10 screens and 2 x custom mounts. I got 1 screen, 1 mount. Nothing on the box that says 1 out of 2 packages, no communication no nothing so as of right now I feel like I got scammed for half my money… well more as the mount is useless and broken.

Don’t buy from them! Nearly 2 months of waiting on the items.
They will tell you that the item is been shipped but isn’t true.
You will get promised to receive gadget for the delay ….. no gadget

Ps don’t bother to send emails as you will get ghosted….

Bought a haltech uc-10 dash kit . Great quality product on the mount, very clear communication as to when it will ship and they did their absolute best in packaging.
Shipping was handled nicely and was a lot cheaper then expected.
Absolutely recommend them.

Required a custom mount to spec for my R32 and these guys went above and beyond to get this to me before a major car show. Quality was unreal and way cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Will be back for sure.

Made an order for a custom part, expected wait times for such a specific part but wanted to verify the company as it seemed to be run by an individual or a smaller group of people, the order link that was sent in the automated email was broken and just went to the website homepage, and the live chat was broken for at least 2 days from the day I ordered and I finally emailed again 4 days later on Sunday(Monday in Australia) and waited a full business day for a reply on my order, so Tuesday I tried to live chat again(loaded this time at least) with no reply, wrote a comment on their instagram warning other buyers of the customer service that I was unsure my order was being processed, and I sent them an email shortly after saying I was disputing the charge, they deleted my comment and finally replied to my email from Tuesday reiterating the lead time and saying they would not refund that they are still going to process the order and ship it. Not sure how good they are product wise, or anything else really but the customer service and website maintenance is poor. The fact they only replied after I left a comment on Instagram shows they are not keeping up with customer emails and the website.

Edit: they are now saying that they would charge me a restocking fee of 20%, or that they will continue to process and ship it despite knowing the payment is in dispute.

Edit2:the payment was refunded by the payment company due to dispute, they shipped the part despite knowing i wanted it canceled prior to them shipping it, and decided to do so in hopes they would win the dispute. i now have an extra part I do not need. I tried to get them to cancel it beforehand and refund me but they refused to keep their product and fully refund me. i may update my review to include the product quality vs another vendor, but as of now, customer service is still poor.
