Easy to order, very pleased with the mug I purchased.

Ordered a tshirt for a birthday, received the complete wrong item and had no response from customer services after 2 emails over consecutive days and trying to contact through social media. The glass I ordered came in perfect condition however disappointed with the tshirt and customer service, would be happy to hear from the team for some help

Needed a gift for our fantasy football league champion, and Boot and Ball we're incredible. They had a wide range of items, and could personalise upon request. The customer service was incredible - speedy, polite and efficient. Safe to say, we'll be using Boot and Ball again!

I ordered 3 x A4 prints after Palace won the FA cup. The prints are good, but they are just A4 bits of paper. One of the prints has a fully black background, but for some reason this doesn’t run to the edge and there’s a white border all the way round which just looks strange.

Unusual present for a football fan

My order of two items arrived quickly. One of the items ordered was a t-shirt but realised that it would probably be too small so I emailed the company and Jack was extremely helpful. I sent back the t-shirt and was sent a replacement very quickly which actually arrived in time for Christmas despite the tight timeframe. My brother-in-law was delighted with his t-shirt and beermats.

Ordered a T-shirt for my brother's birthday. It's meant to be first class post and 6 days later it still hasn't arrived an I have no updates... Worried it's a scam?
