Ordered a pack of cards as a present for grandson who had been to many of the games the last couple of years. I expected they would have photos of the England players so he could keep as a reminder of the matches and players he had paid so much to go and watch. They just weren’t special enough I was very disappointed. I should have checked before ordering

Ordered on the 11/12/25. Emailed three times no response. Still not received the order nor had a response or update by email. Requested my money back still no response.

Delivery delayed. Tried to cancel but unable, I did have contact from the company advising to return if not happy.
The quality of the glasses (14 ordered in total for a special event) were of a lower standard than expected. The glass is quite thick and the transfers appear a bit cheap. The recipients were happy with the thought behind the gift, personally, would not order again. Very expensive for what you actually get.
