Quick to take your money. Forever to even get your order (if you’re lucky to ever get it), which by the way, is extremely expensive. False advertising on shipping timeframe. Emailing them gets the same response. Same song and dance when trying to get their attention to get your order shipped out. Seems like they just copy and paste their response just like the auto response on their social when you message them about your order. They should keep their app but as for their fitness products, they need to be more honest with themselves. If they can’t keep up with their supply and demand, they need to put a pause on selling before they get more angry dissatisfied customers waiting months on end for their orders. Sad but I had high hopes for this company and they just can’t deliver on their promises.

This business is incredible! I've watched it from the beginning, it's constantly making better and better products. They listen to the needs of their customers and make the improvements. The product is worth the wait. From the Booty Bands to the protein powder (best tasting powder I've ever had, hands down). The workouts are so easy to do from home and if you're anything like me where motivation is low and have young children constantly begging for attention you need something quick and easy. The support from other women is amazing. There are thousands of women going through a similar thing that you can relate to. I love that I can slip on a booty band and just go for a walk. The intensity from just that is phenomenal, legs are complete jelly taking it off when I get home, and it feels great! There is so much at your disposal to have success in your personal goals from easy to follow workout videos to nutritional guidelines to motivational podcasts. I love everything about Booty Bands and Barbells!If you love supporting small businesses that also support other small businesses (they use small businesses to help make their products) then this company is 100% the way to go.

I had a problem, earlier in the business life, when my Bootyands had broken. I contacted Bootybands about the mishap and they got on the ball and sent out replacement bands. Because of the positive response and replacing them I have continued to follow the company and have continued purchases as they has rolled out with new product. I love the atmosphere of the community that's been created and look forward to new videos and routines all the time.

I love this app! This app is easy to navigate and use you will find all content there. This app helps me stay consistent with my goals and this app is well rounded fitness app nutrition flexibility cardio and strength training all in one place.

Danita’s IT Factor or Difference Factor is that she connects with her clients. In a growing company, she has been able to keep that personable connection with us, which keeps it from feeling like “just another fitness” company. She ACTUALLY incorporates feedback and keeps on improving her business, which shows that she is listening and is present, And alot of people don’t do that.

I order my stuff a month ago, they keep saying they are making it and I am a priority, but then nothing is shipped. I get email after email from them wanting me to buy more things, but no update on sending me my barbell set that cost me over 300 dollars. I feel so stupid. I feel like I am being scammed. Do not purchase from these charlatans!

Horrible… The owner is quick to take our money but won’t answer the phone, text or emails. My order is of almost $700. I Have been waiting for it for a month now and still haven’t received anything. So messed up the way this woman is running her business. So fraudulent !!

So I purchased these weights awhile ago and I thought the really late shipping was just a spoof but here I am waiting forever again on a item they said was in stock. I got a email stating to hurry up and buy the weight stand as there was 100 left. I purchased it literally within minutes after getting the email. It states they will ship within 2-5 business days. It is now 5 weeks later and I have yet to receive the item. I emailed them over a week ago asking when this item would be delivered, they replied I would be top priority and the item would ship within 24 to 48 hours. They ended up printing a label to look as if the item shipped. I emailed once again after giving it a whole other week and now they tell me the item is back ordered. Sorry, but the customer service is horrible. How can you send a email stating 2-5 business days and then another a month later say within 48 hours and now it’s on back order? The key to a successful business is transparency. If you know you aren’t able to ship items weeks or months later than that should be stated on the website. Lying to customers to get there money is beyond ridiculous and I won’t be purchasing anything else from them again just on that principle. It’s unfortunate because I do like the weights, but the integrity is lacking.

First the positive. When I finally received the weights after a month of waiting, they are very nice. Beautiful happy colors. Looking forward to exercising all fall and winter with these babies. However, I must mention that it was very much of a pain to get the company to finally deliver these to me. We sent endless texts back and forth. There was a lot of inconsistent feedback as to the exact location and status of my order. I think when this company finally gets their act together, it has a lot of potential. They offer unique products for women.

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. There’s no actual number to call and talk to someone in the moment. It’s a”leave a message” or “send a text” or via email. They send their products via usps which is awful all on its own. The shipment is divided but only one tracking number is provided. They sure are quick to charge your card but not to deliver in more ways than one.

I was looking for workout equipment that is Made in USA & thats how I found Booty Bands! Excellent quality & shipped fast. They are so effective. Booty bands, dumbbells & barbells. I like the Booty Band workouts on YouTube. Short & sweet & effective workouts. 15-20 minutes but a tough workout. The bands are super cute, bright pretty colors. Highly recommend.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress and the money. It took them three weeks to ship my weights. I haven’t even received all of them yet. And then, when I tested out the things I did receive, the clamps didn’t fit the barbells and all the weights slid off and almost injured me! This is insane. I spent almost $600 on these things. I don’t want to hear excuses about how they’re “just starting out”. These are things you get fixed BEFORE you take people’s hard earned money. No one deserves to be robbed like this. I don’t want to hear excuses about not being able to take returns or to give refunds. I want my refund and I have all the proof I need that this is THE COMPANY’S fault

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been over a month and they won’t tell me why they haven’t shipped my product! They keep saying it has shipped! I’ve contacted them five times and they continue to say that I won’t get a refund for anything unless I ship product that I haven’t gotten back! 450 dollars!

Fraudulent company!!!! Please beware!!! I never received the weights that I ordered and they have not processed a refund. I have contacted my bank and States Attorney General to file a claim. They won’t get away with taking my $235.00. I will so everything in my power to get my money back and stop others from being swindled.

I LOVE this product!!! The founder and owner is an amazing woman!

After having three kids, these programs are what helped me get back in shape. 20 minute workouts are what I can make work in my life right now and I’m really appreciate of a program that offers that.

Booty Bands is a women owned, created, and managed company. I was surprised at how if you follow the tips of the healthy food plan and exercise you WILL see results. Throw out the scale and take your monthly pics and watch how your clothes fit and you will see the transformation happen. For once think about yourself, love yourself, and do something for yourself that you will not regret. Ladies once in your life jump in feet first, it is a decision that you will be happy you made physically and mentally.

Booty Bands is an excellent woman-owned business. Booty Bands coaches and staff are not just interested in selling you a product. They are truly committed to helping women realize their potential physically and emotionally. Booty Band products are top notch, and their customer service is second to none!

This business is shady. They took 473.55$ out my bank but didn’t even bother reply to my emails. While I was shopping on the website, I wanted to change items in my cart so I tried to go back to the previous page, but instead my order was submitted automatically before I could change my address and put a different card number (my google account has my old information saved). I emailed them right after asking to cancel my order or at least change my address and I didn’t get a reply back. So I called them and some girl told me that she has sent my information to her billing team and she also told me that I would hear from them in 3-4 business days. Unfortunately I never heard anything from them after, and a few days later I got a tracking number with an email said thank you for shopping with us. Now I’m out of almost 500$ and nothing from them. The barbells and weights I ordered was sent to a wrong address! They didn’t even bother changing my address at least. I’m not happy at all.
