lol what is the point in having an online store when you don't even list the uniform items there its ridicules get a grip seriously wont even bother with the store just shows how lazy they are

I always get my kids school jumpers polo shirts from here,great services and always on time with the order. I've actually bought winter jackets and fleece zippys and their PE kits,those were for my older kids,some of which have actually left school so I've been getting items from BE for well over 10 yrs now and there service has always been great.

It was straightforward to navigate the website to find what I needed. The product arrived faster than other companies that do school uniforms. I am also very happy with the quality of the hoodie. Would definitely order from them in the future

Absolutely excellent service. Went into shop and they didn't have the size I needed I was gutted, so I was told I could order one which I did. Within less than a week the item was made and in store for me to collect and I received emails and messages all through the process. Absolutely faultless and speedy customised service.

I recently bought a cardigan and a reversible jacket for my daughter uniforms and the quality is really really good! The delivery was very quick!

I bought a S5\S6 braided blazer from BE uniform falkirk store back in July for my son going back to school in August when my son put it on for his first day back we noticed that the stitching around the braiding was very bad so he took it off and we returned it to the same store who then said that it's so bad it can't be fixed and will have to be replaced so they sent it back to their HQ in Duns with new order, we just received what we thought was the new blazer yesterday 29 August 24 but it was not it was the exact same blazer with all the same faults no repairs or replacement with no expectation to why. Not happy as my son has had no blazer to wear since he went back.

BE uniform have since helped me with this issue and have confirmed they are sending a new blazer to which we are waiting on helped on 2/9/24 by Rep Shana R. HQ giving the help I have received from the Falkirk store and HQ I have updated my review and star rating from 1 to 3 stars for customer service.

Terrible service and zero customer care. Ordered school and nursery uniform, called 3 times to check progress and continuously told to just wait. Coming up to 28 day mark I called again to be told no stock available for jumpers, haven’t had any and don’t know when they’ll get them in. Order just left on hold, zero contact to explain or to offer to split order. I had to call again and asked if I can have my order split. Never again use this place nothing but issues and the sizes are all over the place. 5-6 then jumps to 7-8. Ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would. School started 20.08.24, primary one for my daughter, no blazer has arrived yet nor has her pinafore. Get no help online, email or phone call. Won't ever purchase from here again! Thankfully our school are now embroidering clothing at a fraction of the price, which I will use in future. This will hopefully roll out to all schools and I'm sure be uniforms will feel the hit! Shambles of a company, you would think common sense would prevail and you would have availability in bulk well in advance of schools starting.
