I ordered shoes from Borjan on 10th March, and today is 16th March—still no update, no contact, nothing. Customer care promised someone would reach out, but absolutely no one did. This has been the worst shopping experience ever.
They are using PostEx, which looks completely fake and unreliable. There is no real shipment tracking, just endless waiting. I have tried calling their phone number multiple times, but no one answers.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Borjan’s service. Attaching screenshots to show the mess. I cannot believe a reputed brand would provide such terrible service. Avoid at all costs unless you want endless waiting and zero support.

I wanna write about the store manager Hasham, the outlet near baskin robins, Multan.He manages the shoe from another outlet, he handles everything very efficiently. Very responsible and professional manager.
While the sales persons on other outlet near Chase value were behaving irresponsible as i asked for the size and they told a lie that this is not available on any outlet.

This is irfan Ali shah just visit today Borjan outlet Mall Road lahore and buy one pair peshawari chappal,I highly recommend to visit Borjan outlet mall road lahore out let because the Borjan shoes quality is very best and comfortable,I feel very happy to visit mall road outlet because the service of outlet was outstanding especially I appreciate to MR jahanzaib sales person their behaviour and customer dealing is appreciable,because last month we visit Borjan emporium outlet and bought 3 pairs of peshawari chappal unfortunately the emporium outlet staff behavior is not good I don't want to find out any person of emporium but the service is Nil, again I highly appreciate to MR jahanzaib sales skills behavior and product knowledge,

I ordered sneakers for my self for my collage ....I was supper exited to open the Parcle ....but the sneakers were very bad and worn and torn before the package I opened ......

Ordered a wallet from them, worst quality ever. You could get a much better thing in just PKR 700, but I ordered a wallet from them considering that it might be good, but that's the worst experience I ever had! The leather used is very cheap and low quality.

Recently visited Pakistan for holidays, on my shopping spree went into Borjan shop in FSD, tried on different shoes and ended up buying two pairs of shoes which I liked. Am very pleased with the quality, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Well saw an offer provided by borjan, tried my fitting got about 5 shoes for my office wear, all got worn out and everything got detached from sole, they told they wouldn't do anything fare for the amount it was bought for ... I was quite surprised how they let such an brand to exist at Megamall sharjah... I would suggest to everyone who is planning to buy from such a shop to drop that idea of fetching from there ... they loot money and from customers... I wouldn't have written this .. but this happened for all my 5 shoes .. I hereby address the officials who own the brand and to all subsidiaries to have quality check and to have check on the recurited staffs in departments , and to Mall owners and staffs who sanction this brand at their locations please do have second thoughts or opinions before you give them allocation cause this is an utter failure...and complete 0 quality, there is nothing good to write i would suggest the brand not to come into the public for sale of their products.

I bought sandles last month for pkr4800 but after 15 days the sandle was broken when i get back to return those the one staff person was talking rudely and he was not cooperative at all and he said we cant do anything and they just put some glue on it and give it back tome my question is we buy these expensive sandles just to wear for 15 days and done? On other hand i got one from ecs they exchanged it for me on other hand

They are doing fraud with the people of pakistan local shoes which u can find in any local market easily they r selling it in the lahore branch however there prices r too high compare to the local ones totally fraud I purchased a pair of shoes in 4500 and the same article I have seen in kareem market pathans plaza is 2000 only

I got my brother these shoes from borjaan Centaurus on 15th December worth 8431 pkr. Not even 10 days passed by and the glue came off n some skin too, so I gave them to borjaan peshawar sadder branch. On complaining, the guy said k 'ap repair krne dein phir baat kijiye ga' I was like okay. Yesterday I went to collect the shoes aur mje iss halat mein shoes wapis milay. I pointed out k these shoes have not been repaired, to which the pathetic manager responded 'ap ko jootay dekh k lenay chaiye thay na, ye tou hmari ghalti nai hai, hm tou kr dia hai repair hm bs glue hi lgatay hain'.
