Was supposed to get a hamper for my birthday on the 5th of December. It’s been 5 days, nothing was delivered. Try to contact them, but no one answers my e-mails. Tried to call, it’s an answering machine. Left 3 messages, but no one called me back. Being completely ignored by them!

Ordered a gift for a birthday and used the pre-order date to specify when it was needed. The order didn't arrived yesterday when it was due, and hasn't arrived today. I received a shipping email at 10pm the evening before it was due to be delivered, but the courier website still shows the parcel with the sender. No response to my email to Boroughbox on their requested email address for queries. First and last time I use them. If you want something delivered when you need it, don't go near them.
UPDATE - They did reply apologising for failing to deliver having changed their delivery policy between my order and the delivery date, and have offered a refund of the delivery charge, but I can't see me testing their services again.

I'm glad I found a service to send a last minute non-flower delivery for my sister's birthday. The box looked good and undamaged, and I think it's a good value for the contents and delivery service.

It’s been 1.5 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. While you advertise delivery within 3-5 days, when I reached out, I was suddenly advised standard delivery could take up to 10 days from the day the parcel was dispatched (not ordered!). Seems a bit dishonest to me and if I don’t receive anything within the next couple of days, I want my money back!

Having placed my order some weeks ago, I was very disappointed that it failed to arrive on the appointed date. This was a special birthday gift and under current lock down circumstances its absence spoilt the party. I can't comment on the contents as it has yet to arrive. Would not recommend Borough Box in future.

I can’t remember the last time I was this pleased with an online order from a company I’ve not purchased from before. This is a Christmas gift and the addition of the magnetic box is perfect. The products within the box are great and I know this will be well received on Christmas Day. Thank you Borough Box!

Product was excellent and enjoyed by the recipient, but did not arrive on the specified date. No doubt this was due to COVID-19 delivery problems so I would not be put off using the company again.

Appalling service. I ordered a hamper weeks ago as a birthday gift for my partner to be delivered today. The purchase was confirmed but nothing has arrived and I have not been contacted. I have had automated responses to my emails and the phones don’t work at weekends and you can’t leave messages. I am disappointed especially as this was a special treat and quite expensive.

We used BoroughBox for the first time this week. We needed to send a surprise present to a friend who had had an accident and decided on a gluten free gift box from BoroughBox. Ordering was simple and the gift arrived early the following day having travelled from London to Devon. Our friend was delighted with his present and we are delighted with the service from BoroughBox. We will definitely use this great little company again and recommend without hesitation.

Indian spice box with candle - brilliant gift for my son's birthday. He loved it & the candle really does take the smell away. So impressed bought another for my nephew for Xmas. Arrived on time too lovely gift.

I couldn't make the web site work, but when I emailed to place the order, they were very helpful and speedy. My sister in law was delighted with the gift box.
