Similar to other reviews left recently, I have not had a great experience.

I originally ordered the ring on the 4th April with an advertised 2-3 day delivery.
I chased on April 13th by email, no response. Chased again on the 15th April by email, no response.
Sent a message on Facebook 15th April, no response.
My order was finally shipped 17th April.
Still no response or apology.

I have ordered from Botthms a couple of times previously, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Zero star. Shame because I have previously ordered from botthms numerous times without issue. This previous order was placed 22nd March with a 1-3 day delivery , 3 weeks later , numerous emails to them, nothing. No reply , no item. Only when I contacted my credit card company did they send an auto generated order confirmation , I contacted them again, to cancel the order, nothing back yet again. I then received the item and to return it I now have to pay them £4 . Absolute joke. Will never use them again. Avoid. I ordered from ridge instead had a great experience

If I could give 0 stars I would, placed an order mid March due to the site advising a 2/3 day delivery. We are now 28 days on, I’ve tried emailing, messaging through the website and had no response at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve now had to contact my bank to help me claim some sort of refund

Placed an order and not received it took my money and ignored all my emails not fare to treat people like this !

Trying to contact them without success and Companies House shows Botthms UK to have dissolved???

Look great and no risk of catching whilst working and causing an injury.

This is my second ring. First on lasted me ages, after being battered in work and the gym. Great quality.

The delivery was in good time. The rings fit well, the grey one I chose actually looks a bit boring unfortunately, my wife's green and purple one is much nicer.

Not even received my item even though I ordered it on the 4th of December on a 48 hour delivery and it’s now 10 days later.
I’ve emailed them twice and had no response and no updates at all. Very disappointing customer service

Absolute scam… sent the item back for an exchange to which they agreed to. Item is back with them and they haven’t sent the new item and ignoring my emails. Website no longer working so likely gone under!

Customer service virtually non existent.
Took 10-days for the item to arrive. Paid £1.99 for postage. Envelope was a ridiculously big size for an item smaller than a 50pence piece. Tried to exchange the ring for a bigger size and the system won’t let you pick the new size. Company wants to charge me £3.99 for the pleasure of returning it!

I had previously used this company and went to reorder through them as I liked their rings. They sent me the wrong ring so I exchanged and they sent me the incorrect size. I thought at the time it was a glitch on their system but it appears they had limited stock and fobbed me off. They took my money and ran. Absolutely shameful of them to know they were ceasing trade but still decided to accept orders they were unable to fulfill.

I made the order and it said the delivery would be 2 days. After 6 I contacted the company to which they told me that it was coming. On day 8 I just asked for a refund and not to worry about sending the ring but they then told me that it had been processed and that it was on its way. The ring finally turned up 12 days after purchase.

I really liked the reactivity to replies on mail. Only thing I didn’t know that i had to pay extra 27€ on arrival of the rings at home which is expensive
