AI driven customer service that is not helpful. Hard to reach a real person

Product is good; however, Vessi's approach is to make it difficult to engage with a real person and the responses are generated by an AI bot. I won't buy from them again, given the way the handle interactions with customers and don't recommend Vessi. The Vessi response to this review might be even be done by an AI.

If you read Vessi's response to my posting, they might want to rethink their response times of "24 to 72 business hours." They sure don't seem to be in a rush to help anyone in a timely way other than through AI bots.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a pair of Men’s weekender shoes and a pair of Women’s weekender shoes. They arrived within 3 days of ordering! The Men’s fit my husband perfectly, but my pair were a little too short. I have some shoes in size 9 and others in size 9.5. I ordered the size 9, but needed a half-size larger. Unfortunately , this style is only available in even sizes. Customer service was excellent! I was given information about how to make an exchange, which was quick and easy. I was given a link from the customer support email to order the replacement and it shipped that day. The new size fits perfectly. I am pleased with the product and the support.

Great shoes from a Canadian company

Nice shoes, great customer service!

I had some problems with my first pair of their Pacific shoes, but customer care was very quick and resolved my issues. Definitely recommend these shoes!

Amazing footwear

Website is user friendly and order arrives qickly.... vessi footwear is amazing! I have 4 different pairs and they are true to size and are truly waterproof.... can't wait to order more

Trustworthy and organized

The shoes were easy to order and came in a timely fashion, well-packed and looking exactly as they were pictured online. I will deal with this company again.

Easy Peasy all round!

This was my first pair of Vessi shoes and I find them so comfortable. They're so easy to get on and off. I ordered the wrong size first time but the exchange was quick and easy.

My New Favourite Shoes

These shoes from Vessi are awesome! Not only are they super comfortable and lightweight but theyre also waterproof! These make them great as an everyday, any weather shoe, plus one I am glad to be able to wear at work. Shipping from the Vessi website was quick and they showed up at my house in under a week!

Great Customer Service

​I bought the Soho sneaker in white because I loved the crisp leather look and wanted something easy to maintain. The fact that they’re waterproof is such a huge bonus! They were a little snug at first and had a slight squeak—which I think was just the tongue rubbing—but once they broke in, the noise disappeared and they conformed perfectly to my feet.
​They are extremely comfortable and wipe clean easily. I loved them so much I actually bought a second pair in Asphalt Black.
Full disclosure: Vessi sent the wrong shoe the second time, but the return process was seamless. They even followed up after I received the correct pair to make sure I was happy. That level of customer service is amazing, and I’ll definitely be recommending Vessi to everyone!

Trustworthy

Vessi’s boots are comfortable, keep you dry and warm. If you like the picture of the product, when you receive it, it’s exactly the same! Their product did not degrade.
Also, the website is user friendly.

Miserable AI service for a good product

We've bought from Vessi before so were OK with the concept of the long shipping time, but we were sent the wrong product. Their AI chat bot told us an exchange is easy but the thing we were sent is not what is on the receipt and the AI did not even remotely address my question except to say I can't exchange in store which seems to contradict their policy. I tried emailing support but, surprise, it's another AI chat bot. They said I am able to request a person who can get back to me in 3 to 5 business days. So all in all it will take minimum two and a half weeks from shipping to even answer my question about the exchange and make sure it will be accepted and that we wont be out 200 dollars.

Vessi representative contacted me after AI kept routing me, and was very helpful and addressed all my concerns and figured out a good solution. I really appreciate it. That said, relying on AI for customer support and then only intervening when things are going very wrong is bonkers. The AI outright told me wrong things. If you are encountering a problem with this company, it is really important to repeatedly demand support. We are lucky that we live nearby the only US retail store otherwise this would have been another issue. When you actually get a human the support is great.
