Great service as always

Great service as always. Called their agent, Felicity was very friendly and helped me understand how to check where I have Data Leaks.

They saved me from scam

I contacted Boundly after I received an unkown PayPal invoice that looked surprisingly real. I almost paid it because it used my name and had a “payment overdue” warning.

Olivia from the support team helped me check the sender, confirm it was a phishing attempt, and report it directly inside PayPal instead of clicking anything in the email. She also showed me how to review recent account activity and remove an old device that was still connected to my account.

Professional support

Special thanks to Elizabeth from the support team. I got an alert that my email address got leaked and she helped me make sense of it without making me feel stupid or panicked.

She explained what the leak actually meant, what could happen if I ignored it, and gave me a clear action plan. She also explained everything in simple English without technical terms.

That's the type of treatment I expected and I got it.
