Very approachable, personable and helpful.

Selling Mum’s house was a long process but the staff at Bourne’s Estate Agents were extremely efficient and kept us updated throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a house.

I wish to express my satisfaction with the service we received from Bournes during the recent purchase of our property in Four Marks. Although it was a lengthy process, which was not due to any fault of Bournes, we have now successfully moved into our new home.
We had the pleasure of working with David throughout this process, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and dedication. David is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. He consistently kept us informed about every development, which was greatly appreciated. Beyond his professional qualities, David is a kind and genuine person, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to assist us.
My only minor criticism is that the "For Sale/Sold" sign is still displayed at the property after 2 weeks.

Fantastic! We’ve been looking for a new home for a while, and the team could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We found our new home to rent via them, and they made everything so easy and simple to organise- really couldn’t rate both Charlotte and Hannah more as they were so brilliant (especially as I had a million questions).
