I bought a Toyota Avensis from Bournemouth Cars 5 years ago and it still serves me well. I have added many thousands of miles on it since as a Supplier Quality Engineer travelling around and auditing factories.

Bought a VW Scirocco from here a couple days ago. The service was excellent and the whole process was very smooth. Adrian let me take the car for a test drive and was not trying to push me into buying like some salespeople do.

Nothing was too much trouble! No rush, no pushy sales, just excellent service @ friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

These guys are exceptional. They went above and beyond during my purchase with no pushy sales techniques.

The true mark of a great company though is if something goes wrong with the car afterwards and it did on 2 occasions. They dealt with the situation with absolutely no fuss and lent me a courtesy car on both occasions. I felt bad for them as the car had to go to a specialist as regular mechanics won't touch this particular car. The second time cost them a small fortune and they also got a few more bits done at their expense that they really didn't have to do.

Great service, friendly and more then helped us with purchasing a car after we'd had an accident in another car and was left stranded away from home with kids during the train strikes! Would use again when need arises for changing our vehicles.

Great service great car and done the deal really quickly

Good communication prior to the sale. When I looked at the car they went through all the features before I took it for a test drive. Sales process was flawless. The car had just been valeted when I arrived and a new MOT put on it even though it still had nearly 6 months. Everyone there was friendly, polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
