Founded in 2012 with a passion for motoring and supplying quality used cars, we pride ourselves on offering exemplary customer service. Our two founding directors have a combined 35 years experience within the motor trade and family backgrounds running 3 generations deep. We believe in constant evolution and are proud to deliver a modern-day experience to our customers and their buying experience. Every vehicle is first hand inspected by the AA on our premises by them, warrantied by them thereafter, giving not only you but us the confidence that we have done our upmost in preparing your new car for its new home. In recent years, online business and nationwide delivery mean the majority of our business is now outside of the local area. We are fully approved and regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and as such are entitled to discuss and offer you the very best finance packages available on the market today in order for you to fund your new car. Partnering with Quick Car Finance and Close Brother’s Motor Finance to bring you these finance packages. 2021 gave birth to expansion at our preparation centre too, in the form of additional workshop space and a body shop. Enabling us to keep virtually all of our servicing and preparation in house at our facilities in Poole. Giving us more quality control over these aspects and satisfaction. In 2022 we have excitedly become a new car dealer too in the form of the brilliant fully electrical small car manufacturer, MEV. Offering brilliant options for fully electric cars and vans - details of this can be found under “New Cars” in our menu. Finally, we really do appreciate the time you have taken to read “about us” and our business, as always we strive to do better in any which way we can and realise we are not perfect. Highly recommend
Adrian was really helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a test drive, sorted out a deposit and a few days later, drove away in a lovely car. What could be better? Would definitely recommend and use again.

Pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful
Both sales reps I talked to over the space of a week were extremely helpful. Answering queries and sending videos of the car to answer any questions I had. No pressure to buy and when a sale was agreed they went out of their way to help with delivery. So much so that I got the car way sooner than was reasonably expected. A terrific service and a happy customer. These guys really changed my opinion on car dealerships. I will be considering them again in the future for my next BMW. Thanks again to Joe and Ollie.

Thanks to the lovely team at Bournemouth Motors
I apologise for my delayed review, I'd been looking a a five door car & was viewing the car that was advertised. I clicked on reserve and received a phone call straight away. I put a deposit on the car and informed it was refundable. Made an appointment to go & have a look at it, on arrival the car was clean and given time to look over it. Peace of mind that it had been assessed by the AA, brought the car there & then & have so far had some lovely car drives. Thanks for the lovely team.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, open and honest salesman, nothing too much trouble, insisting the car I purchased had a years MOT and service for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them and buy from them in the future.
