AVOID!! Placed an order that never arrived. The website says 'dispatched via Royal Mail' and 'order completed' but they don't provide a tracking number. They don't respond to their online chat, don't reply to an email and don't answer the phone. Now trying to get cash back via the credit card company. Should have read these reviews before ordering. Avoid!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered on the 2nd January 2023 and still not arrived. Payment was taken on day of order. Despite emails (which have not been responded to) and several phone calls (which go unanswered) we have been unable to even get an acknowledgement from this company, we are unable to even track the order on their website. Luckily we paid on credit card so have taken up a dispute with them to see if we can reclaim the money. Complete shambles yet still taking orders and money now. Judging by the other reviews this is not a one off and they have been getting away with this for quite a while now

Paid for courier delivery, got Royal Mail. Result, product didn’t arrive in time and had to purchase elsewhere anyway. Tried contacting them several times for a refund, but just get ignored!

Terrible company. I ordered £51 worth and paid extra to get them delivered in time for our holidays but never got them and when I contacted them you get one reply saying they are looking into it and then they don’t get back to you I’ve contacted them loads after but still no reply.

Made an order, paid for DPD delivery. They've told me it's been send via Royal Mail but the tracking number is fake. Refuse to answer on email, Facebook and calls. They've not wrote on any social media since July time so its appears they are taking money and not sending out orders.

same as everyone else on here. its been well over two weeks and nothing. no responses from the company and the number they gave me to track my parcel is invalid :(

Ordered at the end of July it’s now the end of October and I haven’t received my order.

They said it was dispatched and lost. I phoned a few times and was given the date of shipping but then there was always an excuse as it why it was delayed.

The never answer the chat and I see that their phone lines are now disconnected.

Avoid!!

Ordered on the 29th of September still not arrived still says processing let more messages than I can remember with no response asked for a refund no response the company is a joke so unprofessional AVOID

I’ve had a couple issues with this company but my partner loves the pick a mix so I’ve ordered on his behalf. I placed an order on 15th September and not received it. No replies on the messenger chat nor emails when I’ve queried this. It was meant to be snacks and sweets towards my partners 30th but now it’s been 20 days I have 0 hope it will turn up. The tracking number is also invalid. Please please respond to me as this is a horrible feeling being ignored after spending over £50 with you. I wish I seen these reviews before I ordered again.

Ordered a box on the 26th August for a birthday present and still hasn't arrived. Terrible customer service as I messaged and didn't get a reply. My order was apparently shipped on the 5th September and is still not here on the 13th. Tell me where my order is!!!!!!

If I was able to give 0 I would. AVOID this company at all costs, they are scammers, it’s been over 3 weeks and we still have not received an order especially when it was for a gift, they fob you off that the order has been shipped etc but it’s lies as nothing has materialised, and will be making sure Clearpay remove them from there list of vendors as they are simply scammers! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid are all costs placed an order on the 3rd August 2022 after 5 days I recieved a 2nd email too say it had been sent with dpd with tracking number. Which was false as NEVER recieved tracking number phone number is disconnected Emails ignored terrible company and terrible customer service I may add that it was, £35 order and £6 delivery all to which was never honoured

5 weeks, still haven't received my order. Emails and messages ignored. Tracking says delivered but i never received it. Complete fraud, avoid avoid avoid

Isn't even worth 1 star. Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Absolute shocking customer service!! No replies from any staff members after numerous messages and emails sent. Eventually after 7 days after purchase my so called '£30 mystery box' arrived. Nothing but total rip off!! Box is small with cheap sweets that in no way amount to £30 and that's a fact. Supposed to be half American half British sweets and I could go to my local shop and spend the same and come out with more for our money including buying American sweets. Avoid online shopping with these suppliers. Horrendous service and absolute con artists. Absolute disappointment all round service and the quality/quantity is ridiculous. Please dont make the same mistake I did. Shop around and always read reviews beforehand as i am sure there are loyal, honest and trustworthy suppliers elsewhere for sure.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY total ripoff i placed a order on the 12th of may and payed for DPD next day delivery its now the 18th of may and still nothing tried using there live chat on there site with no response at all so i tried contacting there phone number and found out this has been disconnected. as a last attempt i found them on facebook and sent a message i had a reply saying my order had been shipped so i checked back on my order on the website and still said processing. this company is a total ripoff and have taken my money.

Terrible customer service!! Not all my items were received in my order. Tried numerous times to contact them via Facebook, Instagram, email and phone number! Eventually after weeks or persistent messages I received a reply to say my items would be sent once in stock, weeks later still no item! Contacted again but was ignored! I am now out of pocket with no product! Disgusting! Especially when you message and you can see they are active on Instagram but choosing to ignore you!

I was literally like a kid in a candy store here!! The staff are beyond helpful and went over and above to help me! The selection is vast and such good value for money! I’ll definitely be back!!!

Couldnt ask for a better sweet shop.. well of course excluding our old dobsons shop. But i think Boxmix brings the excitement for the kids again with spending pocket money. If they dont have it they will try source what it is you want. Keep going guys. Your hard work isnt going un noticed

Would never have ordered if I'd of read these reviews before hand! Placed my order on 4th march 11 days later still not received after paying express delivery! Iv sent 4 emails asking for a refund and still not reply!!!! DISGUSTING!!!

I initially left a one star due to no contact from customer service and over 10 day delivery when paying £5.25 for postage, having received the product eventually I’ve decided to edit my review due to the packaging and the quality of the sweets that arrived, customer service only got in touch after getting my negative review however they got in contact and change my mind. Product saves the day
