Boxmove was administratively excellent in arranging for their team to collect our furniture. Text messages were sent to us to describe the process, including the anticipated time of arrival by the collection team, which was achieved. We were highly impressed by both Ryan and Darryll who collected our two-seater sofa. They were polite, efficient and careful not to damage anything while carrying the sofa to their van.
I would definitely recommend Boxmove to anyone who needed to have objects no longer needed passed on to less fortunate people.

No problems at all, arrived between the window times, and quickly took the 2 heavy chairs and cushions away.

A very efficient team, who kept us informed every step of the way.
We did not realise that items had to be presentable for immediate sale, unlike other charities that collect. The drivers checked with base on one item and were unable to take it. I had sent photos, including the small defect, and was told it was fine for collection. Apart from this, the whole procedure was slick and the drivers were polite, and took care when manoeuvring the furniture.
