Cote boitier, j'ai du retailler un petit peu la partie arrondie près de l'axe car elle frottait contre le moyeu du volant

Trotzdem ich bei der Bestellung etaws übersehen habe, war die Reaktion von Luis einfach super! Sehr schnelle und hilfbereite, ehrliche Kommunikation haben das Problem gelöst und mich als sehr zufriedenen Kunden hinterlassen..;) Einfach wirklich guter Service den ich so schon lange nicht mehr erlebt habe!! inkl. schnellem Versand!
Die GT Masters-M5- Button Box ist ebenfalls super, genau wie beschrieben und erwartet. Knöpfe, Schalter, Drehknöpfe machen einen sehr robusten und wertigen Eindruck.
Auch die X1-EVO ist in Verbindung mit Simhub eine sehr gute Ergänzung. Super Feedback der Buttons.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Everything feels stirdy and firm.

I recently bought the GTM-M1 Button Box and I’m extremely satisfied with it.
The build quality is excellent, the layout is well designed and the buttons, switches and rotary encoders feel solid and precise. For simracing (I use iRacing and AC Rally) it works perfectly, and the second-page feature is very useful because it doubles the number of inputs without complicating anything.

Shipping was also excellent: the box was dispatched immediately and I received it on the third day after placing the order, which was a very nice surprise.

Customer support has been outstanding.
Luis replied quickly, explained every function in detail and helped me understand some internal LED modes that are not immediately obvious. It’s great to see a small startup that listens to user feedback and keeps improving the product.

Overall, great product and great people behind it.
Highly recommended.

Good quality, looks good, feels sturdy. Exceeds expectations. Just like the customer service - a few stickers were missing, which I reported - and didn't have to wait long for a reply. And naturally they will send me the stickers - and a few additionals for good measure.

10/10 would recommend.

Super Support und tolle Produkte. Die Buttonbox ist unkompliziert und schnell am Rig montiert gewesen, sieht mega aus und bedient sich auch sehr gut.

I bougt a second hand button box X1 and It did not work as it should have done. They offered to help me fix it and they guided my through every possible fix but unfortunatly I did not have all the tools to see what I could have done and it needed some skill. Offering help to someone who bought it second hand is really nice. They offered me a great discount for their new products which is very nice of them!

First class customer service, super responsive and helpful.

The button box I got from them is made to great quality nothing lose or bad ,with real carbon fibre and all of it is just plug and play with no software it is real easy to use even in VR. Would recommend 100% because they are pretty much the only people making this quality product at this price point.

The product could be good, if it would ever arrive. Ordered and contacted after a week because no tracking was provided. A solution was promised, and now, a week later, nothing has happened. No tracking, and certainly no product. Very unreliable company, better choose another provider.

Legit company, great support. Purchased a buttonbox device, works very well.

Nachdem ich im November 2022 zuerst eine Buttonbox erhalten hatte, bei der einer der Drehregler nicht funktionierte, wurde mir nun eine neue Box in tadellosem Zustand zugesendet. Wohl weil es sich bei "Box One Racing" um ein noch recht junges Unternehmen handelt, war die Kommunikation zwar nicht immer einfach, aber am Ende war von Luis der Einsatz, zu einer für beide Parteien zufriedenstellenden Lösung zu gelangen, mehr als deutlich zu erkennen.

Zu den Gründen meiner 4/5 Sterne Bewertung: Für die neue Buttonbox vergebe ich 5/5 Sterne, für die Kommunikation und Abwicklung beim Austausch der defekten Box 3/5 Sterne, da es hier noch Verbesserungspotenzial gibt. Was Preis/Leistung angeht, ist "Box One Racing" im Moment m. M. n. unschlagbar.

I ordered the GT-T2 Simracing Button Box on August 12th after receiving a coupon from Syncmech (who provided excellent service). The website clearly stated the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2-5 days.

It's now been 6 days and my order is still stuck in "confirmation state" with no updates or communication from BoxOne Racing.

Issues experienced:
- Order has not progressed beyond confirmation status despite "in stock" claim

Contacted customer support through their website twice - no response

Found their Etsy shop and contacted Luis directly - still no response about order status

Complete lack of communication or transparency about order delays

What I received:Radio silence and an order that appears to be stuck in limbo.

UPD:
However, Luis and the BoxOne Racing team eventually reached out and kept me updated on the order status.
They even provided a small refund to compensate for the shipping delays they experienced. This turnaround in customer service was much appreciated.

The Good:

Product quality is excellent - really nice build quality
Great addition to my sim racing rig and I'm enjoying using it

Company did make things right once they addressed the communication issues

Small refund provided for the inconvenience

Important Note for Buyers:
Check the contents carefully against the product description. The listing mentions "Dual-axis aluminum mount" in the tech specs, but this wasn't included in my box, which required some extra work for mounting.

Final Thoughts:
While there were initial communication hiccups, BoxOne Racing did step up to resolve the issues. The product itself is high quality and performs well. Just be aware that you may need to source your own mounting solution if the dual-axis mount isn't included.

Die Qualität der Buttonbox top, die Taster und Schalter fühlen sich superwertig an. Per USB an die Konsole und es läuft Plug&Play.

War eine tolle Erweiterung am RIG :)

I own already one for over a year. It never fails. Works out of the box with iracing. Le Mans ultimate. A must have for sim race fans. Simple, no hassle button box
