Must have product! My button box allows me to make adjustments seamlessly while racing

I purchased the Bor X1 button box after a lot of consideration of some of the other brands of this type for some time. I have a pretty solid setup and of course already have a couple of button boxes but always wanted this type to 'really tie it all together'. Unfortunately everything I was looking at was so expensive and without having any place near me to 'try' it out, I was apprehensive. When I finally heard of Boxoneracing one day on a discord channel I decided to take a look. I was amazed at the value right away. I took the chance and purchased one Bor X1 without the mount (I had plenty of RAM mounts laying around so decided I would go that route). Upon receiving, I was more than ecstatic. The quality of the device and simplicity of use was so great. I immediately connected with a DNR led profile and customized every button color and effect along with the stickers for how I would need it for all my racing sims. A year later, I am still amazed at this and keep finding better ways to use it. A big thanks to Luis and team for this amazing design, amazing value and truly wonderful experience!

Die Lieferung ging komplett reibungslos innerhalb von 4 Tagen hatte ich die Ware (CSL Button Box links und rechts) ganz einfach über usb anschließen und alles funktioniert. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und die kostenlosen Sticker zur Beschriftung der Buttons sind Qualitativ einwandfrei

Habe Sticker zum beschriften meines Lenkrads bestellt.
Die Qualität der Sticker ist gut.
Der Versandt ist zügig.

ABSOLUTE SCAM BEWARE
I have been absolutely scammed by this company.
I had received a faulty product, returned it as they instructed me to (I even paid for the shipping) but never got my money back. They ignored multiple emails and attempts to get in contact with them.
So now I am left with no money back as well as no button box.

Non seulement le produit est arrivé en parfait état et conforme à mes attentes, mais le service après-vente est également exceptionnel. I was sent a broken Fanatec button box. The USB adapter on the board inside the box was broken off. I was never able to use it. I sent multiple messages about the issue. I received an email from a lady a asking if i would be interested in a replacement board, which i replied yes. I have been ignored in over ten emails to resolve this. At no time did I ask for refund or return.

Luis reached out to me to rectify the issue. I now have a working device and am happy with the results of our communications.

Schneller und freundlicher Kundenservice.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch hier nochmals an Jasmin.

Boxoneracing hat einen super Kundenservice! Auf eine allgemeine Feedback Umfrage, in der ich allgemein ein Problem mit der Befestigung der Buttonbox geschildert hatte, wurde persönlich per Mail reagiert und ein kulante Lösung angeboten. Sowas hat man heutzutage selten. Die Buttonbox ist auch super!

Die Button-Box macht einen soliden Eindruck. Hab sie angeschlossen, tut was sie soll. Eine Halterung mit Kugelgelenk wäre wünschenswert, um sich die Neigung einstellen zu können wie man sie will. Die mitgekaufte Halterung ist aber für das Geld auch in Ordnung.
Die Drehregler könnten für meinen Geschmack noch ein Tick schwerer einrasten. Sie verstellen sich aber trotz starken Vibrationen durch hoch eingestellte Bass Shaker bislang nicht. Außerdem sind sie ein bisschen Knackiger, als die des Fanatec F1 Lenkrads.
Die Kippschalter und Knöpfe fühlen sich absolut (, wie auch ansonsten die Drehregler,) sehr wertig an!

Last but Not Least: Jasmin hat mich gut und schnell beraten. Versand erfolgte auch sehr schnell.

Deze buttonboxes werken erg goed, passen perfect op mijn GTDDPRO, pas alleen wel op; de butronbox met start knop en draaiknop moet je echt voor links bestellen, als je een GTDDPRO hebt, rechts raakt ie eigenlijk de aan/uit-knop van de wheelbase dit is geen peo leem bij de normale csl dd,.ik heb een millimeter weggevijlt en het probleem is opgelost
