Great sales support. Shopping cart forced shipping method on me, but people at sales (or at shipping ) were helpful at sorting situation. Shipping took less than forecasted.

Everything went completely according to plan. The representative was very professional and thorough, setup an account for me, and moved things along for this sale, but did not rush through things.

Wrong controller
Wrong controller, no parts for older models, very slow to fix the issue. Will not accept a bad part returned. Lack of information and transparency throughout.

Good day Max,
Sorry to hear your experience was not the top quality we aim to provide!
Apologies we could not help with parts for an old model - we try our best with our national partner network where we can, but of course, holding parts or controls for all old models is not a practical option for a small family company. Thanks for your understanding regarding this point.
To help us better grow, can you please send an email direct to info@bphsales.ca with the subject title 'SVC-FDBK: Order ######' with all details regarding your order? Including the customer service aspects and where you feel transparency was not there. We pride ourselves on a transparent experience, so of course this feedback will be taken seriously.
Max, we look forward to receiving the details regarding your personal experience via email and we will work to ensure future experiences are improved.
Wishing you all the best this holiday season.

Unit was damaged when delivered
Received the unit from some Purolator subcontrator at 11:36 this morning. The box was pretty banged up. Upon inspection of the unit I found a nice big dent in the acces cover. It was hit hard enough to unclip the hinges. The styrofoam packing was in pieces. I have photos of all of it.

Hi Steve,
Please accept our apologies for the condition of the delivered unit!
If not already done so, please contact our service team directly; please have your order number ready for reference! Also, please be ready to share all photos and documentation.
Did Purolator request a signature from you? For any future orders, if they request a signature and the packaging is clearly damaged, we advise contacting our team before signing for the package - once you sign for a package, Purolator sees this as you accepting it in its delivered condition.
Again, please do reach out to us if not done so yet!

Bosch USA are theives…
Bosch US sales, poor service. It is unreasonable to require a customer to pay a restocking fee for an exchange. It seems like Canadians are left with no alternative but to be taken advantage of. This issue will escalate as I will ensure that individuals are aware of the American Bosch manufacturer's unethical practices towards Canadians, such as charging $700 for a simple boiler exchange.

Respuesta de BPH Sales
Hi Denis,
Thanks for your feedback. Disappointing to hear you feel taken advantage of, but we also ask for you to keep in mind you do have the option to use brands other than Bosch, if that is what you prefer.
At BPH Sales we try our best to offer a range of products from leading manufacturers and multiple price points to match our customers needs. So if required in the future, please contact our technical sales team prior to making any purchases to explore all of your brand and price-point options.
We do recognize Bosch is not the cheapest option available, but, we also strongly believe that you do get the quality you pay for with Bosch - which is why we continue to work with their products.
Of course, if a wrong product is ordered there are, naturally, re-stocking and return costs involved as these boilers are large items that travel by freight and this drives up your overall costs.
Please contact our team directly should you have further projects and want to explore options for your projects.
We look forward to working with you again in the future.
