Great Customer Service/Tech support
Senville is a great company to deal with. The telephone sales reps are helpful, the product is great, and delivery by Day and Ross, has always been on time and friendly. I have installed 9 Senville mini splits over the last few years, but this was the first A-coil install over a NG furnace, so I had lots of questions. Tech support is amazing. I always get the answers I need, and if I need clarifications, they are offered quickly.

The Minisplit and frame arrived quickly…
The Minisplit and frame arrived quickly which was great.
However I would anticipate that the associated hardware such as the required nuts & bolts that are required to secure the mini split unit to the frame should be included.
I was informed via email correspondence that they are not included and that a certified HVac technician is required for installation otherwise the warranty would be voided.
Well, I was a little put off. I am planning to have a certified HVac tech install the unit, but should that Tech have to run around and find appropriate nuts & bolts to secure the unit to the frame? I think not....and I feel Senville should be supplying them.
