Received order confirmation email in July 2021. Nothing since. No email, no nothing. I requested a refund. No refund, no product. Total scam.

FAKE!!

Purchased and never received my order

Ordered and paid a product but it was never shipped. Their online system showed "Ordered - these items have not been yet shipped" for moths even though they promised to do the shipping in 48 hours. Bracesy never responded to any of my phone calls, messages or e-mails. Finally I had to raise a transaction dispute with my credit card company and luckily got my money back that way. I have done hundreds of online purchases and this was to first time I had to do a transaction dispute. With this lesson I'm sure to use Trustpilot more often before doing online shopping.

i made an order in June 2021, it’s now September and not heard a thing from them! i’ve emailed them several times but no response, and by the looks of the other reviews it looks like this site is a scam. Don’t waste your money.

Paid for the item in early July. Never received tracking details and never received item. Emailed them end of July querying when item would arrive and no response. It's now September and I've raised a transaction dispute with my credit card company.

Commande de Bracesy pro il y 2 mois toujours non reçue malgré mail de relance alors que le montant m'a été débité dès le lendemain.

I am sadly still waiting for the products. It has been 3 months now! I haven’t been able to get any response from the company either. Do not buy from them!

C'est une escroquerie ! La société n'existe plus.

Bought a back brace a few months ago and despite company taking money from my account, no product was delivered.

No reply to any form of communication . Stay away from them !!!!!!

Article commandé déjà depuis 15 jours aucune réponse malgré l'envoi de plusieurs mails je pense que c'est de l'arnaque les 27 € crédité sur mon compte très rapidement..

Je l'ai commandé il y a un mois j'ai envoyé plusieurs mésages aucune réponse

commande passée le 21/05/2021, 2 demandes de remboursement, aucune nouvelle au 11/06/2021. Donc lire les avis avant toute commande.

Dispositif mal conçu au niveau des scratchs, fait mal sous les bras, inefficace.
Tous documents en anglais, illégaux en Europe.
Supplément à régler pour FRAIS PAY CB de 0,45€.
Délai de livraison de 14 jours.

Took my money in April with a different account to Bracesy. Company are in New York not UK as lead to believe. Said I would receive confirmation of shipping in 48 hours. Never happened. No answer to emails. Terrible I’m afraid I have been scammed and robbed.

Escroquerie.
Paiement encaissé le lendemain et après 1 mois d'attente. Colis livré alors que non.
Basé au usa et traité en Chine.
Fuyez.

Commande passée il y a 2 mois et payée. Aucune nouvelle ! Pas de réponse à mes nombreux mails. Pas de numéro de téléphone. L'arnaque ! Site à fuir absolument !

Commandé le 9/04/2021 et toujours aucune nouvelle , la commande est payé ,est toujours pas traité ,aucunes réponses aux mails ...

Commandé il y a plus de 10 jours, "envoi en 48h",... toujours rien reçu. Pas de réponse à mes mails.
