Ordered two fence panels, which were delivered rapidly, and with a good deal of humour from the driver, who was more than willing to help lift them for me. Great service, always got what I need.

This was my first ever dealing with Bradfords. Really helpful on the phone. Excellent communication after the order was placed. Delivery driver also very willing to carry goods round the side and to the back of the house. And a competitive price, so a very satisfied customer who would use Bradfords again. Thank you.

Delivery service not good
Fell way short of acceptable on delivery. Took my money then couldn't deliver for two weeks with a weak excuse of no drivers. But they refunded delivery charge after I complained. When the driver did turn up however he was polite and helpful and efficient so overall with the product being good also will probably give them another go next time.

Ordered online
Ordered online. It would have been helpful if I had received a notification that my goods were ready for collection. However after a quick phone call to a helpful member of staff I turned up at the branch and my order was efficiently prepared and handed to me by a friendly member of staff.
