excellent service from order to delivery, Got call from driver to inform time of delivery arrived bang on time friendly helpful driver

This is the first time I have used Bradford Building Supplies. Very easy web site to navigate. Easy ordering. After placing my order Paul phoned me to book in my delivery . The driver phoned me on the day to advise a time he was calling. Very nice chap off loaded my timber carefully.
The quality of the timber supplied was first class. I will certainly use this company again. Many thanks for a first class service.

Very happy with the items we ordered bulk bag gravel and sand. Delivery driver was very friendly and cannot fault the service we received. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Next day delivery. The driver was polite and knowledgeable. Used many times before very reliable.

Ordered on line and collected when I wanted, no problems at all getting exactly what I wanted.

Web site informative and easy to use but a big lack of communication , took nearly a week for delivery and nothing in the way of email or phone calls to indicate delivery day/time ..
I did phone and they where apologetic and polite , Delivery all good and overall happy, would use again

Very good service neal in the office and delivery drive will use again thanks

All items are of good quality and very helpful delivery driver. All in all pretty good service

Wareham - Great Service

Great products, good to have local supplier and nice service. Thanks.

Excellent service! I had put the same order into T & P ( have an account with them) they said they could not deliver as it was collect only.
The timber came within a couple of days and the ready mix came a couple of days later with very helpful lorry drivers.
Many thanks C Bradshaw

Helpful Staff in processing Order BUT the products ordered and paid for in 1at week of July are still not available. I feel that they should not have been shown on Web Site at a price well below competitors when they cannot be supplied. I have been readily sourced similar product at a competitive price from my normal supplier.
The Star Rating is for polite helpful Staff

Had what I needed at a good price and not too far to travel. Will definitely shop here again.

Excellent customer focused service, good range of products and surprisingly competitive prices for a mid-sized firm. No hesitation giving a very high rating.

Helpful, friendly and very reasonable prices - especially when delivery is taken into account. Delivery is usually very quick too.

Good quality timber plus lovely helpful staff.
