We ordered two patio packs
We ordered two patio packs, unfortunately the colour variation in one pack was minimal and like the Sunset Buff samples, mainly pink hues. The second pack had significantly more variation in colours with yellows, greys and pink. Consequently we have a patio of two halves which is less than satisfactory. If both pack had been the same it would not be a problem. Nowhere is it mentioned that the customer should inspect the stones in each pack to ascertain colour variations. In addition a couple of slabs were broken but fortunately we were able to accommodate this in our wastage allowance. In all a very disappointing experience

Hi Tony, we’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. At Bradstone, we want every customer to feel confident in their choices and supported throughout their project.
To help ensure a beautifully natural finish, we recommend blending slabs from multiple packs - a long-standing practice in the landscaping industry. This guidance is included in our product information online, but we appreciate it may not have been easy to find. We’re currently reviewing how this advice is presented to make it clearer for future customers.
We’ve not been able to trace any previous contact from you in regards to this matter, so a member of our team will be reaching out directly to better understand what’s happened and see how we can help resolve it.

Really good quality and value for money!
Purchase of the standard dark grey paving slabs, really solid and easy to work with, according to the contractor that laid them. Had bought similar before and found them to be really good quality, delivered quickly and without fuss. Will definitely use again if I need any more slabs or paving. Good value for money too.
