Raj was extremely helpful and showed us a finished example of what light floor tiles would look like.

I’ve been shopping with Topps for years and they are very helpful to my business

Martin K at Norwich, Hall Road was excellent! He really listened to our needs and came up with suggestions and solutions. He phoned another branch to locate stock, which we will be collecting soon. This was the best customer service we have experienced for a long time, thank you Martin!

Leah has made our tiles shopping easy and gave us an excellent experience

Excellent, supportive knowledge team at Long Eaton we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely return and recommend

Great as usual, helpful staff, highly recommended.

Very refreshing to see a company give excellent service - and make it look easy.

Topps Tiles Worcester is always a pleasure to deal with. Angie has always been helpful whenever I am on store. Im a bit dense when it comes to choosing the right kind of floors or tiles but she has always guided me in the right direction. The after care and customer service is also 10/10, a place I will always continue to come back to and the main reason is because of Angies expertise and guidance.

I’ve recently bought a new property and have been doing it up, purchasing my kitchen tiles, bathroom tiles and bathroom flooring from Topps Tiles in Havant.

I’ve visited the store multiple times throughout the process, and every member of staff who has served me has been incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve all been brilliant at offering advice and helping me find exactly what I needed for each of my projects.

It’s been such a positive experience from start to finish, and I honestly can’t fault the service I’ve received. I would highly recommend Topps Tiles in Havant to anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service!

Thank you to the whole team! 😊

Great customer service from the team, exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Good pricing, 5 stars all round

Sheena and Adrian at Worcester branch were incredibly friendly and very helpful. They were extremely patient and helped us find a good tile combination and used the design advice area to help us visualise the look. Great service and good range of tiles for all budgets.

Top Tiles are very good at having Building Materials and Tools in stock , very helpful staff and good customer service

Fast delivery, easy refunds, no hassle of replacing a box of broken tiles, excellent customer service. They even helped me to lift the tiles from the boot of the car for the refund. A+++

A very friendly and welcoming store. Andy at Topps, BOSTON, he does not apply hard sell tactics and was extremely helpful during my visit. He has great knowledge and has infectious enthusiasm in his role.
I'm not sure I have yet found what I'm looking for but won't hesitate on a return visit if required.

Received great service from Dan. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for quality and value.

TOPPS Tiles in Sale are brilliant! I’m a DIY tiler but the staff treat me with just as much respect as the pro tilers. They are super helpful and always willing to give advice. Special shout out to Carl who was very patient in tracking down a previous sale so they could give me a refund on stuff I’d over-estimated on (and I’d lost the receipt).

manager was excellent. Love the tiles .Just need to work with the delivery company as they caused all the issues
