Our house was recently sold through Brad teal and it was the biggest mistake of our life! We not only lost a lot of money in this sale but we also encountered the worst service, very unprofessional and don’t care attitude. Over promised, under delivered-They just want to lure you in for your business and after that they just simply match a buyer for you. No effort to push for a higher price for you at all. Regardless of the outcome they still get at least 1% commission so there is no loss on them. Very unprofessional and unethical. We pay a high price for entrusting this agency.

Maxine was wonderful. I submitted an application for our new home during the most recent Victorian lockdown. As soon as restrictions eased she was in contact and within 2 days our reference checks had been completed, the owners had approved our application and we had visited the home and loved it! It was a relief to find a home that we love so much and with so much ease after months of little to no help from other real estate agents and unsuccessful application after unsuccessful application.

I found Brad Teal Woodards unprofessional and very disorganised. The poor standard of service undoubtedly wasted time and money for everyone involved. Anyone else experiencing a serious problem should refer it to Consumer Affairs Victoria, as I found Brad Teal's internal complaints process to be a waste of time.

The worst experience and not a trust worthy agency, I would never buy or sell with this agency. I wish we could put no star! I enquired about a property a week and a half before auction with Rebecca Townes and I was told clearly they would not sell before auction and due to lockdown could not view the house and it will be an online sale. I received the contracts and advised my interest to be a bidder. I registered my bidder number. today I found out they sold it before auction and they did not even notify me as a registered interested buyer. They said I should have received a text or email notifying me - That didn't happen. Then the excuse they used was that only people who inspected the property were advised - Well it was lockdown so how could I inspect the property before hand anyway and they knew this. This smells fishy and Im sure they sold it to one of their own people and I feel for the owners because I would have paid more than what they sold it for. Very dodgy agency and will never buy or sell through them - Watch out for them everyone

Toni was extremely patient with us during the search for our new family home and really listened to what we were looking for. Nothing was too much to ask, and Toni was always accommodating and available to answer any questions we had.
We are now the happy owners of a home that ticks all of our boxes.

Andrew and Bec were very professional and easy to deal with from the get go. They had a clear campaign plan, re-assured us every step of the way and were very prompt with their updates and feedback on how our campaign was tracking. At no point did we ever feel uninformed.
