Do not buy Chinese rubbish That’s it I’ve nothing more to say

Do not buy from this company. Never thought it would happen to me but it did! Saw on sponsored Facebook ad but went direct to the site to buy. When the order confirmation came through for some reason they had reduced the total goods to under £100 which at the time I thought 'great'. When the clothing arrived I found it was absolute cheap rubbish from China. Asked for refund was offered 10% which I refused was then offered 20% or could order new stuff up to the total amount spent which I decided was really the best option. As I had bought on my credit card I was going to pursue a Section 75 claim until I realised this only applies to purchases over £100...now I know why they added another reduction to the total invoice...to take it under £100!! The new goods arrived...the ankle boots again were cheap rubbish, the bag and socks are okay. Lesson learned!

I ordered a coat which looked lovely on the photo ..when it came it was nothing like it very cheap rubbish ..nothing like the coat advertised ..it is like something made in china I would never order from this crowd again

Do not buy from this company. I thought I was dealing with a UK company. It came from China was terrible quality, no lining and not wool. Tried to get refund and was told I had to ship back to China at my cost. They offered 10% discount which is not acceptable. Will be pursuing this through my credit card and Trading Standards.

This is a scam company, they pretend to be an old British family business, producing quality clothing . They pretend to have an easy refund process. The item that arrived was appalling, 100 polyester instead of wool, no lining instead of the described soft lining. It had no relation to the photograph. When I requested a refund I was instructed to ship the item back to the warehouse in China at my expense. Not the Lincoln shop described in the advert. They offer 10% if you're not prepared to ship it back - at your expense. Avoid buying from this company. You will be disappointed if you do. I'm now pursuing a refund through my credit card- hoping this will work.

The coat is cheap nasty material and badly made with threads all over the place and a very odd piece of Velcro badly sewn onto the sleeve with no purpose? There is NO WAY it was originally well over £100 and this was a sale offer! I only wish I had read these reviews before paying out for 2 garments. The 2nd one has yet to arrive and I dread to think what it will be like.
The 2nd one has arrived and is even WORSE than the first. Appallingly made, thin ugly material and a terrible fit. I intend to contact Trading Standards and urge others to do the same.

Please please do not buy from this company, the quality of the products are of very poor quality. There is no returns policy unless you pay international shipping and your not guaranteed your money back .this is based from the none existing help. Saying we could have another at half price they are rip off merchants.My partner is now going to go through her bank to get her money back,they are a scam website saying goods come from Britain but it came from China, very poor quality and fake coat

Same as previous reviewer she accidentally ordered 2 of the same thing. Both awful quality and wanted to return but their eco-conscious business model is that they only have a warehouse in china and returns are at customers own international cost.
Alternatively offered 10% partial refund back as goodwill!

This company is just a front for Chinese low quality sweatshop rubbish. They are con merchants who steal your money by just offering you a 10% refund when the item you receive is nothing like the one they advertise.
