Great service from start to finish though courier service questionable. No updates during delivery, items left outside of an empty house around what must have been 4:30pm. No signature needed, fortunately we went to our house to complete further renovations at 6pm and found the items outside. Could have been left there all night to be water damaged or even stolen.

I ordered a Tall Boy unit, which unfortunately was out of stock with the manufacturer.

At first my order was delayed a few times which happens. However the communication I received was first class! I was kept up to date and given the option of a refund if I couldn't wait any longer. Coppersmith creations bath
I bought a coppersmith creations bath from brand new bathrooms, communication was excellent and it was a pleasure to support this company.
Delivery was a little later than originally anticipated but this is to be expected when importing.
I still need to plumb the bath in but the quality and packaging were excellent .
Also worth noting …. Very good customer service from Paul, I felt like a valued customer.
