I wanted to say thank you to the security guards at the site that helped us out on Thursday 4th January. One was a medic/guard, he managed to get us moved to your site which was a lot safer. The other guard actually managed to use a tyre repair kit to get us home (3am!). Please can you pass on my sincere thanks to them because who knows how long we would have been sat there in the cold and wet weather.

Well firstly, the people that run it are absolutely lovely. Then there is the location, which is easy to access from multiple directions with ease, either A3, or A31. It is assuringly secure with CCTV, coded gates etc and the price is not excessive. So if you are looking for secure, cost effective storage with a source you can trust, I highly recommend using Brant.

Every member of staff I met at Brant has been professional and very helpful.

I had 2 internal storage units for 6 months whilst waiting for a house move to complete and I would use Brant again. The storage units and the secure site are impressive; very clean, security access, staff on site, 24/7 CCTV such that I was confident that my stuff was given the best protection possible.

Access to the site enabled a very large removal truck to get easy access, the removal company were impressed.

Brant even helped me find someone to move my stuff out of storage and deliver to the house; Brant helped me at every stage.

I give Brant a 100% recommendation, and a big thank you to the whole team.

Brant's were extremely proactive in providing us what we needed at very shot notice. They arranged for us to have three containers and their removals team to move all.our belongings into storage at one day's notice.
They were always friendly and professional and made us feel that we were valued.
Some 8 days later they arranged for the contents of the containers to be moved to our new home.

At the end of the removals they refunded our deposit the next day.

It was simply brilliant service

Used Brant Self Storage facilities for 2 years to cope with a downsizing house move, which turned out to be a great help. From the very beginning the office staff were welcoming, helpful and always most accommodating. The Units are clean and safe, the inside ones being kept at an acceptable temperature throughout the year. It is also located in pleasant surroundings. When notice was given and the Unit finally emptied the return of the deposit was immediate. An efficient, friendly company and would not hesitate to return should the need ever arise again.

From the initial contact via email with Jenna, to today and our close of our unit, the service has been exemplary. We used Brant to move things out of a flat and into storage, and the two men were also great. Can’t fault this service at all.

The process of booking a storage unit from beginning to end has been a breeze. I even understood the paperwork as it is not written in jargon like a lot of contracts are. The staff are lovely and all have a great sense of humour which always helps. Would recommend using these guys in Alton in a heartbeat!
