In December 2024, I bought a watch (BN0278 Braun men’s automatic watch – black dial and black rubber strap). It has never worked properly, and I am now having to send it back for a further service (it runs more than 20 minutes fast per 24 hours) for the third time. The customer service team sent me a return authorisation form that isn’t valid in France and they haven’t offered me any alternative solution. I’m already going to post about this on SignalConso and Dealabs, and then on social media if they don’t sort out the problem quickly!!! I urge you to do the same and, above all, not to buy from this website.

The order was speedily dealt with and goods arrived in good order. No complaints.

I reached out to customer support on the Braun website regarding a clock I ordered from Amazon that stopped working correctly. After a few friendly and hassle-free email exchanges with Bhavin I received a replacement within 5 days. My expectations were exceeded and I will use Braun exclusively moving forward.

Beautiful and surprisingly affordable

I had a Braun clock (slightly different model - voice control, which was actually a bit annoying) back in the eighties, but someone relieved me of it as they liked it rather too much.

I've been missing it ever since but held off buying one as I'd heard the build quality had dropped over the years. Anyway I pulled the trigger to see for myself.

My order arrived quickly & it seems as well built as my old one. It sits on my wife's side of the bed, so I don't get to use it, but it appears fine.

Happy to buy something that's not from the USA & also direct from the European designer.

Delivery was prompt with a simple easy-to-use website.

There is a technical problem with the watch but customer service in returning it for inspection has been excellent.

Great design, poor built quality. This clock (BC06) is nothing compared to the original design from the eighties. This is a cheap product made in PRC not worth 35 Euros + 10 Euros shipping. I was even more surprised to find a product that shows signs of use: scratches on the back and corroded (!) contacts. This is clearly a product returned by a previous customer. Luckily the clock was working after inserting a battery. Still considering returning it to Zeon Limited, that is the company behind Braun clocks, do not think you are buying from a trusted manufacturer. I would not recommend this company.

The winding mechanism is rough and scratches my hand. It means I have to wear the watch on my right wrist

Braun always supply goods which are of a good quality for their price points. The occasional sales and special offers are a welcome bonus and incentive to buy.
