Despite majority of the reviews claiming shipping takes forever i recently bought the winged boots and they shipped within 3 days if I’m not mistakened and the boots were good quality. Their only issue is that they don’t provide refunds normally so only buy if you’re confident you’re gonna wear their stuff.

Alors une paire de baskets de 103€, elles me reviennent au final 160€ donc se vendeur et vraiment bon à rien avec ses clients et il n'y a même pas de geste commercial.Donc il est vraiment à bannir.

I placed an order for the Blue Heaven Vintage Tee on Feb. 5. Under the item's name on the product page, it states 'Ships Immediately' and within the Shipping Policy, it's stated that all items ship within 1-2 weeks unless stated otherwise. I reached out to inquire about the status of my order 3 weeks after it was placed, and they said it would ship "shortly," but didn't respond when I asked them how soon "shortly" was, considering it didn't ship "immediately" or within 1-2 weeks as stated in their shipping policy. Take this and the other bad reviews as a warning, and don't spend your money with a company that has no intent of doing good business.

I’m honestly surprised at the amount of bad reviews. I ordered my Toe Slides on 19th January and they arrived 3rd March so a month and a bit. The quality is honestly 10/10, they are well made and comfortable and the size is a perfect fit. If you’re in the uk, always order a size bigger as for example a US 10 is a UK 9. If you can’t do that little bit of research before ordering then don’t complain when your order turns up and doesn’t fit you. Yes it takes a while to arrive but the quality is worth the wait.

They didn’t ship my order and then ignored my email for a refund so i did a chargeback.

I’ve bought a couple items from them and would rave about it to others. But ever since their Black Friday event, they’ve gone downhill. I participated in 2 of their BF roulette events that they were doing for some free items. I got a confirmation email for one of the free items and tried for a 2pm draw where they would refund the first 100 orders. I didn’t get that one but they posted the orders they did refund and they refunded a bunch of orders placed at 1:59pm. It took 2 MONTHS for me to get one of those items and I’m still waiting for my other item. I’ve emailed twice about this and the free item and they’ve told me the free item doesn’t exist. I literally got a confirmation email about it. They were just scamming their customers to buy more things under the premise of “giving back to their loyal customers.” Their customer service takes forever to get back to you and they just keep saying “still in the fulfillment process and will ship when it’s ready” WHEN WILL THAT EVER HAPPEN?? They tend to be more responsive on their instagram but will delete your comments to not look bad. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I literally never have left a review for a business in my life. But the customer service and wait time was so poor and ridiculous that I had to for this one. Please stay away. SCAM

Similar experience with many others- ordered shoes from this company for our son because they had some cool styles, but then waited months for product to be shipped with terrible communication. Then when arrived and were not sized right company was absolutely would not exchange for correct size. Just very difficult to work with and disappointing.

This place is horrible order a pair of shorts on Jan 15th 25 it is now February 10 I haven’t heard anything about my order I have emailed them multiple times and all I’m getting is the same email tried to get my money back and the basically said no

False advertising. Website said ready to ship. Ordered product at the end of November 2025 order did not ship until beginning of February 2026. Asked for a refund they would not give us a refund or any status updates. Do not buy from this company it’s not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible communication, ordered some shoes December 15th and still haven’t gotten any update on January 29th. I really wish there was a way to post this to their official page. That’s how upset I am, I wouldn’t even say buy at your own risk. Just don’t buy here at all, everything is non refundable. They play these games so they can bs people, so again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SHOP HERE. And I’m frequent online shopper so please don’t get this message confused as I’m against online shopping, 100% no but I am 100% against Bravest Bull S*** A** Studios

They had me on wait on an order for a whole month. No contact from them while this happened, was bout to file a chargeback because I thought they was scamming. I'll say to hell wit they raggedy ahh

Placed an order on December 15th that was confirmed. “Out for delivery” on the 26th but I never received a tracking number. It’s now over a month later when their website states it will ship within 3-5 business days. Worst part is they flat out refuse to respond to emails or messages.
I’ve already started the process of disputing the charge with my bank, reported them to the better business borough and reported their TikTok and Instagram account. If you’re going to be running a business you take care of your customers first. Do better.

I ordered a pair of bear claw slides on 12/19 it is now 01/17 and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed them and have not received any response in regards to the expected delivery of my order. However they did say they don’t do refunds.

I ordered a pair of sneakers directly from their website TWO WEEKS AGO after the pictures literally said “ships immediately” well..they never shipped em at all. When i tried contacting these people they said they could not refund my money because my order was being processed. Problem is? I never got a tracking number. They havent even sent them out. When i pointed this out?? They said they have no refund policy and that my order was being “processed” if i could ild upload the photos. This place is scam. DO NOT order from these people stay FARRRR away. Youve been warned. Im now going throught my bank to have it refunded for services not rendered.

Order at your own risk!!! Worst customer service EVER!!! We ordered a pair of jeans on December 13th, it’s been a month and we still haven’t received them. They’re mostly unresponsive to emails and when they actually respond, they lie that the shipment was “delivered” even though the tracking they provided AND the Shop app states otherwise. Never again.

I placed an order for shoes on 11/28. I contacted customer service multiple times to confirm status and was told that my order would be shipped shortly. After more than 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted them again and asked to cancel my order, as the shoes were a Christmas gift, and it was clear that they would not arrive in time. I received another automated email from them. I followed again 5 days later to confirm that my cancellation request was received and that a refund would be processed. I received a response 11 days later telling me that I couldn’t cancel my order because there was limited availability. I was not ordering custom made shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes that was listed as available on their website over a month ago, which had still not shipped. I responded to their email requesting a refund again and never heard back. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank. Dealing with this company has been such a waste of my time. If the company did the right thing by canceling my order and issuing a refund when I first requested one or provided some sort of notice before I submitted my order that the shoes were on back order or that the wait time could be long, so that customers could make an informed decision before placing an order, I would not be here posting this complaint today, but they did none of that. Instead they had the gall to say I couldn’t request a refund, even though it had been over a month with still no shipment date in sight. Please save yourself the headache!

Wish I came here before ordering cause I made an order and didn’t even get an order number. Over $200 gone, not sure how this company still has followers. Thieves
