SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered a pair of clogs in August that were advertised as "ready to ship," but they were never sent. When I followed up in early October, customer service promised the order would ship as soon as possible. Now it's November, and I still don’t have them. I requested a refund due to the unreasonable delay, but they refused. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ll never do business with them again. Avoid this company.

False information on the website and 0 accommodation
I ordered a gift for my friend who lives overseas and came to visit me. I had two and a half weeks before he leaves, so I figured I’ll have enough time to get it. I ordered it on 10/15. On 10/26 the order hadn’t even been shipped. I emailed the company to cancel the order and get a refund since the item will not be delivered on time. They refuse to accommodate and kept sending me general emails on how they can’t cancel the order once it’s been processed for fulfillment. In one email they finally confirmed that the order hasn’t been fulfilled and will be shipped out at the beginning of November and still refused to cancel it, even though it’s clearly not even processed.
On the website they claim that every item is in stock and ready to ship, clearly it is not true; they also claim that the max time to receive the order from the day you place it is 14 days. It’s not true as well. They don’t stand by what they state on their website although they don’t take a step away from their cancellation policy which doesn’t allow any cancellations ever.
Very disappointed.
