Lies about DDOS Protection
Advertised DDoS Protection That Never Worked
We purchased dedicated servers based on BreezeHost's advertised "DDoS Protection available" on their website. Over the course of three months, their staff assigned us "protection IPs", applied filters, and represented the service as active but it never actually routed through Path net. Their own staff eventually admitted the NYC location required switch upgrades for the protection to function, meaning it was architecturally incapable of delivering what was advertised the entire time.
When a third-party mitigation solution was finally arranged, presented by BreezeHost staff as "a new on-prem DDoS solution" they would set up it was terminated without warning, taking down our only working protection and causing hours of emergency migration work on our end.
When we raised these concerns and requested a refund, BreezeHost declined, citing nonrefund clauses in their Terms of Service. They also indicated they may pursue additional charges if we proceed with a chargeback.
To summarize: we were sold hosting with DDoS protection that couldn't function at our location, went three months before anyone disclosed this, had our only working mitigation killed without notice, and were told no refunds.
I hope this helps others evaluate their options carefully. If you're hosting servers and DDoS protection matters to you, I'd recommend confirming in writing that it's fully operational at your specific location before committing.

I’ve been a customer of BreezeHost.io for the past 4 to 5 months. I initially started with a VPS but later realized that a game server better suited my needs. The only host I will use
I have been hosting racks of servers in Dallas for years. The previous hosts I used always had some "problems". I moved to BreezeHost and have never been happier. Everything just works. I do not use their support that often because everything just works, but when I do it's usually something complicated. They always respond right away and resolve the problem right very fast. Everyone at their support is very knowledgeable. The person who initially responds to your ticket will be the person who resolves it. No bouncing you around to different departments etc. The servers I host there are for keycard access and security services. They are critical services. The network is very solid. Down time is not something I worry about anymore.

i would like to say this is the best hosting ive ever used you guys are very friendly and understanding no other provider would be this good ever also no corrupt files when tranfering ive had issues with other server in the past but this is a breeze thank you

Fantastic Support
I rarely go to the trouble of leaving reviews for companies but Breeze has earned it. I've been with Breeze for ~2 years both before and after the Limestone acquisition, and support has been consistently great the entire time. Ryan and Jon are very knowledgeable and work very hard to make their customers happy. I've tried over a dozen different server hosts and Breeze support is a cut above.
Their network has also significantly improved since the LSN migration and it now rivals the big players like DO, Linode, etc.

Great service. Jon et. al, have been exceptional as far as service goes. Jon has even gone in to the Chicago office to personally resolve an issue I had. What more could one ask for?

Jon was wonderful in giving me support that helped me run my VPS smoothly. I was having trouble with disc space and I'm not very tech savvy. Jon offered me a solution that cleared up over half my disc space. Ryan also offered a solution to help me clean up large files as well!

The staff responds quickly, racked my server in a reasonable amount of time, and is generally knowledgeable. Jon, especially, has been extremely helpful. The value proposition is great coming from aws.

I sent in a support ticket at 12:48pm ET.
At 12:53 Ryan responded via email as well my client portal that they are looking into it. At 12:58pm Ryan notified again of the procedures they took.
At 1:05 pm I logged into the server and all is well. All systems will have issues at some time. After that, it's all the support.
This is a level of expert tech support which I have never experienced elsewhere.
