Arrived promptly, great tea

Exceptional customer service. Always the best-smelling coffee. Perfect for a special Sunday morning cup. We also appreciate the random extra bags added as a little treat now and again.

Cannot recommend this company enough, advice given throughout the order, right from the start, with which item is correct for my machine, to advising on my grinding dates as all orders are freshly made, right through to my delivery date.
Beautifully presented and I even get to choose either tins, teabag's or replacement pouches, for both tea and coffee, which is good news, helping to protect the planet and my pocket.
Yes you can get cheaper products but not the quality and service from an independent small businesses, we need to keep supporting them.

I love the quality of this tea. Well worth a try. Keep it in one of their metal double cap tins and it stays nice and fresh.

What can I say about these guys. One of the best customer service I've ever encountered. As for the coffee, WOW! Lovely. By far our favourite coffee by a mile.

Excessive packaging and unwanted extras in delivery which have ended up in bin. Disappointed that the brand isn’t what it’s made out to be.

I originally ran into the owners of Brew Planet at a Christmas Fayre and bought some tea from them after a lengthy chat about the varieties he was selling. It was clear that he was very passionate about his work.
A few months later I then put in an online order on their website to get some other varieties to try. I was surprised to find that the same man that I spoke to at the Christmas Fayre had come to deliver my order in-person which resulted in another nice chat and the order included an extra gift.
Brew Planet are a breath of fresh air when there are so many terrible companies out there, and it's nice to see that they are so passionate about their products; not to mention that the teas that I've tried so far have all been amazing!
