Fab service and great tasting tea!

Fantastic product. First met Brew Planet at the Powderham Food Festival this year. Amazing selection and they introduced me to the Maple Tea. Wow. I've bought more off their website. Quick delivery and a hand written note from them to say thank you. How beautiful. Thank you! I will of course be a regular customer!

Tom is very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing your tea. The team have a friendly approach and will answer all your questions. The service is quick from ordering to delivery and their ethical approach is great for the planet. Well done ⭐️

I love the teas from Brew Planet, they do some smoky blends which are my favourite like legends of lapsang and highland malt. I have recently tried the maple one which is also great. These are really good quality and service and delivery are excellent.

Their tea snd coffee is unique, really tasty, available as loose leaf or teabags. Excellent service

Brilliant shopping with Brew Planet and just ordered again. I had a lovely conversation with Tom when I needed to add to my order. He asked about my flavour preferences and advised Jazira Rasa coffee which is absolutely amazing: delicious full bodied but not bitter at all! The Earl Grey tea is super too. Parcel arrived beautifully packaged with a note and a couple of sample sachets to try, this is a top business - passionate about their products and customers and go the extra mile. Brew Planet are my go-to hot beverage suppliers (& I’ve tried a fair few)!

Really enjoying the experience so far. I like dark coffee, so Jazira is my morning go to! I got a free sample of the Lions Mate matcha too which made me feel great.

This is super late, but Brew Planet were absolutely fantastic in helping me get their gorgeous Highland Malt tea for my dad at Christmas. They were really quick in responding to any queries, and even included a little extra pot of tea to help with the cost of the postage. They're truly such a kind business who creates beautiful teas, they'll always have my recommendation.

Quality product delivered swiftly and safely

We ordered another batch of our favourite coffee (Jazira Rasa) from this company (2 qty) and it was delivered very promptly. To our surprise, the owners kindly included a free sample of another one of their products (Sumatran beans). We were not expecting that generous treat and we appreciate it so much. Their coffee beans have always been topnotch (as well as their tea selections) and the owners really know their craft. The last time we had a chat with them at Bath Christmas Market, it felt like having a mini-crash course in coffee, which my husband and I appreciated. Highly recommended.

Tom & Jodie went above and beyond from start to finish with my order- making a birthday gift amazingly special for my husband.

Delivery was impeccably quick and packing was wonderful with a personal note inside and complimentary samples.

The coffee is DELICIOUS and feels luxurious and special.

Tea arrived promptly, nice efficient service. Love the company ethos and focus on a healthier planet. Absolutely love the tea.

The decaf coffee is really nice however is quite mellow and mild. The grains seem a little bigger than usual coffee grinds. Love the fact it is chemical free and in sustainable packaging but a tad expensive.

Thankyou Brew Planet for our third delicious delivery of your fine tea's. The packaging is fantastic, the tins are great with everything labelled nice and clearly, and the free delivery arrived in perfect time. The only problem is the dilemma of which tea to try first lol
