In late November I purchased a few items on Brickshop.eu website. I received confusing messages after I purchased 3 items telling me that the purchase was not successful. Reacting to these emails I resubmitted the order and got clarification email to say it was successful. 3 days later I notice that I have been charged twice. Simple easy fix right? contact the supplier highlight the issue you had share with teh them your proof with emails and the issue is easily resolved. NAH thats not how this company rolls. After I forwarded the emails to prove the errors their server sent me they requested that I stop "spamming them" , when I tried to call to speak to a person they have an automatic message to just email them. So if you have a company that has a really bad customer service attitude and no ability to escalate an issue your in a pretty hopeless situation!. In the end I had to write a 5 page complaint to my bank detailing the issues I had ...and just an FYI that second order that I "ordered" that never arrived! The company disabled my access to the website (I was ok I had screen grabs at this stage) and actually called me stupid in an email .. I was professional all the way through this ..
I cannot highlight to you how bad they are at post purchase support. yeah they have some cool lego sets but no company can be in business with that style of support.

Order arrived quickly! excellent packaging, not a single dent on the paper boxes. Amazing really!

Delivery took a little longer but with covid 19 pandemic that is to be expected. My 11 year old saved his pocket money to buy his lego set and he absolutely loves it. Can't fault Brickshop and he got it for €30 than on other sites.. Highly recommend brickshop
