We're in the early stages of using Bridebook, but so far we are happy. Rameez is very helpful and kind.

Savannah at Bridebook was really helpful and insightful during my onboarding call. Very dynamic. She obviously understands the industry and her companies tool. Bridebook has been an exciting new platform for Kaneff Golf to promote our various event venues. The site is easy to set up as a vendor and is user friendly when communicating with prospective clients. We have already booked 3 wedding events since signing up. Looking forward to the 2026/27 wedding season.

I honestly had no intention of signing up, but Jake won me over with how approachable and helpful he was. The whole experience so far has been smooth, clear, and genuinely pleasant.

Als Dienstleister, in meinem Fall Hochzeitsfotograf finde ich die Plattform sehr gut.
Die Informationen auf der eigenen Profilseite sind vielseitig, das ranking in Ordnung, könnte transparenter sein, allerdings die Insights sobald man sich für das pro basic oder pro classic Programm entschieden hat sind wirklich nützlich.
Bisher war die Konversionsrate noch nicht überragend, aber ich sehe dem bisher positiv entgegen.
Ich würde mir allerdings wünschen, dass die Übersicht der verschiedenen Pro-Modelle übersichtlicher wäre.
Mir wurde die basic Version für 20€ vorgeschlagen, während diese noch nicht alles abdeckt, dazu müsste ich classic für 99€ abschließen.
Die bisherigen Kosten von 20€ werden allerdings nicht dem Classic Abo gutgeschrieben, was ich sehr mies finde.

So easy to use, everything is in one place makes it easy to keep track of everything. The app is full of handy tips and advice, honestly I've enjoyed using the app so much.

Definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding.

I like that couples have free planning tools like browsing venues/suppliers, and accessing inspiration/advice content so you can get started without committing to a paid planner tool.

Their directory and search tools are a major plus if you’re still choosing where to book. It’s built around helping you find venues and suppliers using filters like location, budget, and style, which makes comparison and shortlisting much faster than manual searching.

Huge bonus with easy collaboration and syncing across devices.

Guest communication tools (wedding website + RSVPs)

Beyond internal planning, Bridebook also offers a free wedding website option that can keep guests updated and collect RSVPs which is a practical way to reduce back and forth messages.

Tanith has been informative, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. She is clearly passionate about the platform as well as the venues and couples she works with on it. We found the call with her very useful indeed with clear and precise figures and processes given to us from the outset. We are delighted to be joining Bridebook

Currently using Bridebook to plan my wedding and it helps me stay organised. I love writing things in pretty note pads so didn’t think I’d like it all on my phone but it’s so easy to have it all together and to share with my partner. I like that you can view all different venues and contact the venues via Bridebook.

Really helpful for looking for venues. Loads of information with each venue. Probably wouldn’t of found most of the venues without bridebook
