Love my shoes,my leg muscles hurt first few days but this is all I wear now. They should tell us that delivery takes time coming from UK.

Easy to order on line. Product is comfortable. The shoes are like walking on air.

Delivery was a little slow but that is to be expected with what is happening at the moment.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a pair of shoes and after two weeks they emailed that the order was delayed. Then when I tried to find out the status they emailed that the shoes had already been delivered in the mailbox. We have a ring camera and a locked mailbox. I paid for "Shipping Protection" and their response was to repurchase them. Also, the company name appeared on my credit card statement as Purestep.

Unable to return ! The email address does not accept email on 4/14/2026. Don't shop ADs from FB, etc.
Go online and do legitimate searches. Save your time and $$ Ordered barefoot shoes in two sizes. Turns out, not a style I can wear at all. Going to contact my credit card company.

Ordering was easy, selection magnificent, fit as described, material is awesome. If you want to feel like your feet are touching the earth and you are walking as intended, these are for you!

Super comfortable shoes. Have been using them for gardening and went on a 5-mile hike this week to test them out. They did great. My calves were sore for a couple of days after; probably just not used to hiking with out elevated heels. So far I'm loving them.

Let's get the negative out of the way first. When using your website I can't go back to the previous page with the back button or Alt/arrow buttons. I have to close the page and reload the previous page!
Now for the positive! Great shoes that feel good, and last a goodly amount of time. The materials and workmanship is of good quality. They were quickly sent in the color and size ordered. They were well packed

This company is scamming people. They promise outdoor barefoot shoes, and while comfy, they ripped in multiple places around the seams and fabric after a week and a half. They would not let me return two pairs of shoes I bought because "you can't return used shoes" but they also claim that if you aren't satisfied with their products they will refund you. I also took a deeper look at their reviews on the website and most of them are copy and pasted, with no reviews under 4 stars... interesting. Overall a very untrustworthy company.

They are great at communication and the shoes came in perfect condition. I love how comfortable they feel and have ordered from them multiple times.

Although I received the wrong size and had to return them, working with Customer Service was easy and straightforward. I particularly liked working with one representative at every turn.

OMG these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. NO hurting feet at the end of the day. If you can imagine it’s like wearing clouds on your feet. The Ironwood shoes are also dressy enough to wear anywhere. If you get a chance buy a pair and see for yourself!

I love my two pairs. The fit is perfect. I love my pink pair so much and my blavk/pink is pretty too. They're light weight and are flexible. I like that my toes have more room, it does make a difference in my balance. The wait on delivery was worth it. 5+stars. I forgot to mention how good the grip is, especially when it's raining. At my age, slippery surfaces are a no, no.

It took some time to get the shoes after ordering them. They seem to be ok and are relatively comfy, but I think my feet might need more cushioning. Or I need to get use to "barefeet" walking. I do like the look and style and the khaki color.
