We have been using Chris at Bright Advice for a number of years for all our mortgage financing requirements. From the first engagement some years ago Chris has been exceptional. Chris exercises patience and good advice, ready to answer any number of queries promptly - which is particularly important for people like me who don't understand the mortgage jargon. Our last mortgage requirements were complex and Chris spent alot of time organising this for us, alongside responding to our constant queries so that we could understand exactly the outcomes. Chris is very responsive and comes back to you literally the same day, often the same hour. He goes over and beyond whatever we have asked for, providing all possible options to consider. He volunteered himself to contact our solicitor during our last transaction as it was complex, and he suggested he liaise directly through the app rather than us struggling with it all. Our daughter is now looking to purchase her first house and naturally we have put Chris forward and she is working with him to get the best mortgage advice. Chris is pretty much the only advisor we completely trust and go back to over and again.

I have been dealing with James to sort out my life insurance, he has been professional and informative throughout and ensured I have a full understanding of the policy I decided to take out. He made himself available to answer any queries I had and I would gladly use again in the future if I needed to.
