I have engaged Bright Advice twice over the last few years, both times around mortgage advice and recently a remortgage. I appreciated the time Paul Murfitt took throughout the process to explain clearly all options, pros and cons, and he really understood my circumstances and provided support accordingly. It was good value for money and I will absolutely be continuing to use these services in the future.

I have recently purchased my first house and Paul at Bright Advice was recommended to me by a friend. Paul made the whole process easy and found me a great mortgage offer, it was the same provider and rate I had been offered from another mortgage broker but through Paul it came with £500 cashback, the other broker didn’t offer me that! Paul and Evie kept me informed throughout the whole house purchase process which took nearly 3 months. They provided a fantastic service and got me a great mortgage offer. We had several calls over teams during that time that added a nice personal touch and made me feel like a valued customer. I will have no hesitation in speaking to Paul when the remortgage is due and would highly recommend him and Bright Advice.

This is the 2nd time i have used Chris Cocksedge . Once again the service was 1st class . Got me a great deal , offered lots of advice and options.

I’ve used Paul for 6 years now, recommended him to family members he’s helped us through the mortgage and insurance process many times.

Try to avoid Paul Murfitt as a mortgage adviser. In my experience, he pushes clients towards the shortest mortgage deals to maximise his fees, while putting in minimal effort. I wouldn’t trust his recommendations — his work ethic simply isn’t there.

5 star service from start to finish. Mark was incredible, he took us on as a difficult case looking very unlikely to get the Mortage we wanted and he worked a miracle. He didn’t give up and kept trying everything and we are so glad we did. So easy to talk to, bounce ideas off and understanding of what we wanted to achieve. I couldn’t recommend him more. Also a super special shout out to Evie because without her it wouldn’t have happened either. She felt with all my endless questions, paperwork and all the stuff most of us would hate. She did it was such professionalism and with super speedy responses as well. Our purchase went though in record time and much of that is to with the work Mark and Evie did. To be honest the process was very stressful at times just because of the age of the property and being self employed never helps with getting a mortgage, however Rachel and her team were amazing the sorted everything they could and quickly as they could and were always on hand to answer any questions and help however they could it was a real god send that they conduct themselves as they do I cannot thank them enough for all they did, from start to finish Rachels knowledge of the market and relationship she has with mortgage companies makes her excellent at her job and Freya was always a pleasure to speak to as well.
