Brian and his team are so great, Brian went above and beyond to get us great remortgage deal. We took first mortgage with Brian and did remortgage again with him. I do not think there is any comparison with outstanding service Brian provides when it comes to Mortgage. I will highly recommend Brian and Bright advice for any mortgaging.

Fantastic service again from Paul and the team at Bright Advice. Paul always goes that extra mile setting up calls to run through all the options available be that for a remortgage or insurances and there is never any sense of pressure. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was recommended Rachel by a friend who previously had her help with their mortgage. From the start Rachel was so knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help. I initially called for advice on potentially mortgaging a property just to see how feasible it would be, and she gave open and honest input. Throughout the process she was always prompt to respond to emails or calls, helped with any questions and was always speedy and on it. I also had help from Evie throughout the purchasing process. She called in every few weeks to check how things were progressing which was really nice and reassuring. She also helped to arrange life insurance, along with Rachel. Again both of them were really helpful, fast at responding and I was able to trust that they would look into and sort anything that was needed.

I have been using Bright Advice for a few years now and deal with Brian Gibson. They have been very helpful and efficient at dealing with our remortgages and I have also used them for a Will. Rates are very reasonable and the I know Brian will find the best and most appropriate deal we require.

I have used Bright Advice for the past 12 years and I have 2 mortgages! I am a single person and find Mortgages, Insurances and financial pressures very stressful at times. Dave, Gabriella and the whole team has made it totally stress free and continue to go far above and beyond their duties. Having dealt with Andrew from Mortgage by Design we were looking forward to discussing our new mortgage requirements with James from Bright.

Unfortunately there were some delays in receiving mortgage information, where we had to chase James and the delay in receiving the information and finally agreeing on our new mortgage left us with having to pay for a Solicitor, whereby in the past, Andrew has managed to avoid these extra charges.

We did feel on occasion that the mortgage seemed to be more of a sales pitch rather than a collaborative approach to the best deal for us, however that could be because we were used to dealing with Andrew.

If we were to use Brighton again, I would like to think that the process is quicker and our want, of specifically not paying for a solicitor is taken into consideration. When we were told that ‘We’ had left it too late to go for a free Solicitor, this left us feeling quite aggrieved as this was totally not our fault as we had been chasing James for progress and updates throughout.

On the flip side the Solicitors, were excellent and kept us in the loop throughout via their on line portal, so the actual application and uploading of documents was easy.

Straight forward helpful advice, they work to sensible timescales ahead of mortgage renewal dates etc so the decisions aren't rushed. Recommend

Brian our broker guided us through the purchase of our first home. He made sure to get us the best mortgage rate and kept us informed every time the rates improved.
