I've just used Bright for the second time and I'd highly recommend them. I dealt primarily with Brian to get a mortgage and he always made me feel like nothing was too much trouble - indeed as we got closer to exchange and the bank lowered their rates slightly, Brian resubmitted our application fast time to enable us to take advantage of the new rate which was great service. I shall use Bright again when the mortgage is due for renewal.

We highly recommend Brian and Bright advice. We know them and appealed to their services from 2016. Brian its not just a broker ,he is a friend. He is not helping you just to buy a house or to use other company's services....he is oferring his time, understand and giving you best choices for your safety future. His team also are very friendly, responding promptly and eager to help you . You really feel part of the team.

We have been using Bright Advice for years for our financial advice and they have always been great. This time we dealt with Andy Bird (with some liaison with Cyera McDonald) and as usual had a good experience in finding the right life insurance for our needs at a reasonable price. Andy was very patient with answering my questions and pleasant to deal with. Everything can be done over the telephone so saves time and was more convenient for me. Would recommend them because they don’t put any pressure on, and make a confusing process run more smoothly.

Perry Beevor was recommended to us, and we are so glad of this! He is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the whole investing landscape. He spent a great deal of time explaining to us the ups and downs of investing. He was very honest and made sure we knew exactly what it would mean for us. He ensured we invested in areas that were right for us and that we were happy with level of risk involved. We would both highly recommend Perry especially if, like us, you are a complete investing novice.

Rachel was an absolute super star! She explained everything throughly and was very honest, always checking in with us to make sure we were happy and understood everything that was happening throughout the entire process. Paul has been great as always getting us the best option for our mortgage and this time round Evie was great at keeping us updated and checking in especially when things regarding our property purchase were dragging on - she kept in touch and reassured us on timings with our offer.
