Never any dramas, never any need to e-mail a faceless office on the other side of the world. It's great to have a local company with a local businessman making things happen for his customers - what's not to like

Brighton Milk has been a Godsend, milk delivered to my doorgood quality and dare I say preferred to the supermarket milk we used to buy. The milkman has not missed a delivery this year ultra reliable. I can change my delivery by txt the night before ie more/less pints add bread or eggs etc. Pay by bank transfer. No hassle no problems just a very good service and reliable. I would thoroughly recommend Brighton Milk. Keith

Jerry has been delivering to me for more years than I can remember, and I cannot fault the service. It is utterly reliable whatever the weather, even in snow, always accurate, and I can cancel or amend my regular order by texting the day beforehand. An invoice is emailed once a month, and I pay on-line - so easy!

Very happy with our milk deliveries which we have had for many years and will do so for many more to come. An essential service in our community.

Brightonmilk are amazing! At the touch of a send button you can change your milk order the night prior to receiving the delivery, which I get before I awake. The ease of order was a godsend during the lockdown when I got the changes to my order when wanted them, without any fuss. Payment is easy with regular bills and banking online. Really pleased I have Brightonmilk delivering my milk. I my experience no one else could deliver such an impeccable service.

I have been using Brighton Milk for over two years now, and I am very happy with the service. Reliable, easy to make last minute change at the order, and excellent quality of the milk. Nice to get bottled milk at the door step, and most importantly no more plastic bottles!

Jem has been my milkman for over two years and he has never got my order wrong, despite my propensity to text him the evening before to add stuff! Lots of things he delivers as well as milk. Bills are accurate and he always keeps his customers up to date, e.g. re change of supply or whatnot. He really cares about customer service and is a very friendly person.

Such a good service. Proper milk from the bottle and other products available too. It’s very easy to change your order last minute. I’m so glad to have discovered Jem and Brighton milk.
