We’ve had our milk delivered for a year now and the service is so convenient. We have a standard order but i text the evening before if i need to alter it at all. Its always on my doorstep the next morning. We get a bill once a month to pay what we owe by direct transfer. It’s all very straight forward!

Very easy to set up. Very easy to Change orders when away etc, can even cancel order for following day.

Outstanding service and quality of product.

We’ve been using Brighton Milk since lockdown and have always found Jerry to be incredibly responsive and customer focused. Amend to the order or a one off cancel because you’re away is easy with one text. On the one occasion when an opportunist took a liking to our order and help themselves to a silver top, Jerry dropped a replacement off later that morning. Quality of milk is good too, staying fresh for as long as we need it to.

I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home delivery milk supplier.

We are so pleased we started using Brighton milk! Set up was straightforward and the quality of milk is excellent. I drink skimmed milk and it tastes so much nicer then supermarket brought milk. I can change my order up to the evening before delivery, and like that I can add other items such as juice, bread & eggs. I also like that I am invoiced at the end of the month and just make a BACS payment, so I can change my orders as needed without the worry I have already paid for my goods ahead of time. Being able to text changes is easy and whenever I have had a question or request it’s been communicated well.

I am very happy with the service I receive from my milkman. It is very convenient to have milk delivered to my doorstep plus I can always change my order with a simple email and I have never been let down. My invoice is sent by dmakl monthly and I pay by bank transfer, couldn't be simpler.

Been a customer of Jerry's for nearly two years now and we can't imagine having a better milkman than Brighton Milk. Besides the milk always being fresh and delicious, we very much appreciate being able to alter our orders via text whenever we'd like, right up to the night before delivery. Couldn't be simpler, and payment is easy as well, just a monthly bank transfer or even via PayPal if you'd like.

Jerry, our milkman, has been consistently reliable and very accommodating of our changing requests especially over the lockdown period.
These days it is appreciated to be able to have a friendly exchange with one of the last remaining independent milkmen and not have unbearable calls on hold, online booking that doesn’t work or inconsistency.

I certainly have not been disappointed and would not go back to buying supermarket milk.
The milk is always on our doorstep before we get up.
It is so easy to change your order. Just give Jem a text and it’s done. Monthly bill sent via email.
Milk bottles are easier on the planet too.

I've been having regular deliveries from Brighton Milk since May. I'm very impressed with how easy it is to add or reduce my order, just by a simple text on the day before delivery. Such a reliable service, no going back to the supermarket for me!

Brightonmilk have been amazing- especially during lockdown when we couldn't always get to the supermarket. It is easy to change our order at short notice and I love the fact that we now don't need to buy milk in plastic any more

Always delivers and picks up changes to our orders even if done late in the day for next day delivery

We stared deliverys to reduce our plastic use as they use glass bottles :)
We have 3 deliverys a week, always on time, and the milk great quality - so much better than from the super market!
Service is reliable, never missed a delivery.
Really easy to get regular deliverys set up up with them, we just sent an email and were good to go.
You can amend your deliverys with a quick text, and they reply to any questions really fast.

10/10 on service and product :)
